Glow is extremely kind and very detailed. She was so helpful with directions to the apartment. Her welcome was so warm and friendly. When you meet Glow you’ll instantly feel safe and at home. The apartment was set with nice local snacks and a cozy atmosphere with music. The air conditioning worked perfectly well and there was hot water with good water pressure. We appreciated the modern look and the little kitchen in the apparent. We were allowed to used the veranda when needed and the property was very well maintained and clean. There are many restaurants around and she recommends great ones at the apartment. Glow is very organized and helpful. She was so accommodating as my flight was taking off late and she allowed me to adjust and add an additional day. I encourage you to book if you are looking for privacy, security, and relaxation. Overall excellent experience.

The apartment that Oriane host is just Perfect! The location is unbeatable. Very central for anywhere you want to go. The decor is amazing. The water pressure is top notch. The spacious garden is perfect for anyone traveling with children. Regular maid service. Overall a perfectly planned Airbnb. If you have a chance, I highly recommend booking her place.

Aimson Palace is actually palace, the staffs are always there to help. Bless is very kind and polite, the security staffs are very vigilant and helpful, I felt very safe at Aimson Palace and everything works perfectly well, the furniture and settings felt like home in London. Definitely coming back,

It was a pleasure to stay at the property, especially as it was a longer stay that usual for me in one place. We were met upon arrival to the property and were advised throughout our stay that we can contact 24/7 at any hour for assistance. While we did not have to contact Ulrich at any unreasonable hour, every time we had communication it was responded to within a few minutes. We had a few challenges upon arrival, however they were addressed immediately to our satisfaction. There are plenty of moto's to take you around, you literally walk out of the building and they are all around, it was a great way to get back and forth for reasonable distances, other that that we used Yango (UBER in Cameroon) which worked out very well when needed, and it was easy for them to find the place. There is a small store right in front of the unit which was very useful. It was a great stay and I suggest you stay here while in Douala, you will not be disappointed.

I stayed in Amandine's smaller flat. I am a sucker for space, so it didn't feel awesome at first, but was cozy enough. The place is relatively easy to find and there are nice restaurants nearby, Tcho'o, tchopetyamo, African Food by Emy, etc, and it's literally three minutes walk to Petit Terrain Bonamoussadi. The host was super responsive and always willing to help, making the stay really pleasant. The place felt safe and private, which I really appreciate. Overall, very pleased, looking forward to staying at Amandine's place again.

The host was quick to respond and resolved my issues. Him or Sam would follow up to ensure we were satisfied. Sam is phenomenal, pleasant, and respectful. I admire his work ethic. Every day, he would clean the compound. I noticed he was always working. He cleaned the house once during my 8 days on the property, and he did a good job. There are securities on the compound, so I felt safe at night.

Thank you for having us Dieudonne, your house is extremely beautiful and has a special place in our heart, the neighborhood is beautiful and calm, the security guard on site is an easy going and extremely funny person, the caretaker was very helpful too. Very satisfied with my stay and is a very comfortable option for short or long-term stays. Arsène does a great job managing the communication from abroad and a very nice Michelle takes care of anything onsite if you need it. The place is exactly the same as the photos shared and perhaps better. The listed amenities are all there. AC units work great. There is a generator for backup power. The guest pays for electricity and gas for the generator. There were a few small issues that had to be sorted and fixed upon arrival but these were done extremely quickly and without any problems. I really appreciate the good communication between Michelle and Arsène. The area is far from the main part of the city but everything essential is close by. Good supermarket just up the road, lots of restaurants to choose from, fresh fruit vendors close, plenty of bars to choose from if desired, etc. Would definitely recommend and you won’t regret it

Host available and understanding. Apartment located in the city center and roadside, ideal when you are not in control of the city.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this property. The apartmentbde Medina was spotless, charming, bright and perfectly matched the photos. Medina was a thoughtful, warm, available host. She was very responsive to our questions and gave us great tips on restaurants and things to do in the neighborhood. The location was great, close to shops, restaurants and leisure. We highly recommend this place and hope to be able to come back.

Beatrice and her manager Michelle were very professional, courteous and above all very responsive during our various exchanges. The listing perfectly matched the description and the location as well as the environment of the listing matched our needs. I recommend it without hesitating and will probably get back to them when I need a place to stay in Douala!
