Our stay was perfect! The place is exactly like in the pictures, with a beautiful landscape and a super organized house, equipped with all the necessary utensils. Everything is very well taken care of and cozy. In addition, Bruno was extremely attentive from beginning to end, always available to help with what we needed. I highly recommend!

We stayed at Fernando's house in Bom Jesus do Itabapoana. Fernando is kind and helpful. As we were late for our arrival time, Fernando gave us all the information to do the "self check-in". The property is pleasant, located in the upper part of the city in a more recently urbanized neighborhood, close to the center. We like the place and will stay again when we return to Bom Jesus.

Great place, with room for a family to sleep peacefully. There is a double bed, 2 single beds and a minibar, as described, plus Wi-Fi and TV. The host, Luciano, also offers snacks and water for purchase and consumption. Super recommended!

I was charged 100 reais (OUTSIDE the APP) on a dirty pillowcase, even though I knew it wasn't my family. A bedding game that costs not even 200 reais. I paid to avoid bothering me. So, take your bedding and film on the way out. House with lots of moths. Bad fridge. Awful Freezer. Pool was ROTTEN with very few days of use. Verde. I had to ask to clean up and I was informed that he spent weeks without cleaning. So ask how long the pool has been cleaned before. And beware of him asking for money in a chat app. A tip: Tasting at the Café Sítio Floresta.

Well located, clean and with a wonderful ambient scent. The place has air-conditioning and it works very well. The shower is great, strong and very hot. There is a bakery, restaurant and a cafe within a block. The barber shop staff just below are super nice and attentive. I loved the secure way to pick up the keys, in a password-protected safe at the door of the place. We loved everything, a thousand stars!!!!

We need a place to stay and Luciano was very helpful. we traveled with our dogs and it was no problem to welcome us. Clean place, well located. We were able to rest to continue travel. :)

I loved my stay wonderful home gorgeous super complete kitchen comfortable beds, the The host was always very helpful and attentive to us , left a sheet with everything well explained to facilitate our stay there ,I stayed there for 6 days and every day the pool was clean when we were going to use it. The place is gorgeous many corners perfect for photos For fun beyond the pool we also had pool and Totó pool. Excellent internet Super recommend and I will definitely be back there !
