The location is great and the apartment is really spacious. Having the under ground parking was really convenient.

Jeremy's apartment is basically a spacious hotel suite. There is a spacious living room and the kitchen with equipped with everything you need to cook. The bed is comfortable and the toilet is very clean. There are some artistic touches to the place. Overall I thought that everything is perfect. In addition, Jeremy is very helpful and kind. He helped me get inside the apartment during his work hours. I was very grateful 😊😁

The apartment is very clean, looks cool and modern and extremely well equipped. The host is very nice and reponsive. It’s comfortable to stay with a little baby as baby cot was provided. Also it’s very convenient to have a parking space in the same building.

Pleasant, airy and bright accommodation. Very well located and close to many shops, less than 2 minutes walk to the shopping center (shop, restaurant, cinema,...) and less than 5 minutes from metro stops, bus and bike station. Room and spacious bathroom with a very bright and very well-equipped living/kitchen, which made our stay very pleasant even for a long time (5 weeks in our case). We had a lovely stay in this city that we already knew well. Justine was very available. The accommodation is a real haven of peace while being close to the city center which allowed us to do everything on foot or by bus. We recommend it!

Very nice house, clean, tidy and with all the necessities at your disposal. The house is located close to Rouen train station and its city center. We had a great time, Ras.

Stayed at this 2-floor cottage for 5 nights. We were 3 adults and 1-3yo kid. The place is very cozy, spotless clean and especially adapted for kids, the pictures don’t do justice to this place. Sylvie has equipped the house with all sorts of toys and stuffed animals and also offers barriers for the beds if needed. In general, it has everything one can need for a longer stay and Sylvie is a welcoming and charming host. The place also has a private parking in inside the property. The only thing we didn’t love was not having a shower but only a bath tube, which the owners are willing to change. Also, as per the construction, it has low columns on the second floor that one has to be careful not to hit.

2nd time we come to the house, with friends, house always as beautiful and well kept, much appreciated pellet stove, there is what is needed in equipment. House in a good location, and communication with Noémie goes very well and she responds quickly

Arriving at Florence is like arriving at home. You feel the warmth of a fire pit. Everything is authentic, it is a living house. Like at home, there are the little things that "DIY" but that's what makes the real welcome home, the real Airbnb. We want to thank Florence and her husband for the trust they gave us by leaving us their own house for 5 days. We made ourselves at home and did everything we could to preserve their living space. We were in winter and we were able to enjoy the outdoors including the hot tub…. Coming in summer needs to be even more wonderful. Coming as a family with kids and grandchildren, we had a peaceful time. Thank you again for your responsiveness to our questions ….. 😉

The airbnb was great, with a well stocked set of equipment for cooking and cleaning, and continently located next to two supermarkets. Rouen is a beautiful city to visit, and I would recommend visiting this airbnb

We had a wonderful stay in Sofia’s apartment! It was as described in the photos and the train station was an easy 10min walk. The buses and metro station were within a 5 minute walk. Churches, shops and restaurants all walkable! Sophia was wonderful, easy to reach and very responsive. I would highly recommend her rental.

Great apartment, easy check in, great communication. Location good, 10min walk to the river, lots to do and plenty of great restaurants. 20min walk into the city. Parking is free on the nearby streets, we had to drive around a few times to find one. Apartment lovely and clean, everything you need.
