Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bohol

Great place to stay! Its clean and worth every penny!

Cozy house in the middle of a busy Philippine neighborhood. The house had a stove which is rare in homes ive rented in my previous trips. the living area had a nice couch that can be converted into a bed if you want to stay at home and watch movies. i was able to get grab food, groceries and a ride with no trouble. the air conditioning was available in each room which made the warm weather bearable for someone from the colder climates. the refridgerator worked well and the bathroom was stocked with everything i needed. will stay again when i come back.

Davis and the family were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. the place was huge which was a nice change to the smaller accommodation we had prior to this stay. a beautiful pool and great location just out of the business but close enough to the action! highly recommend

The place is a great find in panglao island. Very peaceful and away but not too far from the city and tourists spots. All your needs is provided and the host is very responsive and very accommodating. Perfect for a weekend getaway for your family and friends. Would stay here again when i visit bohol another time.

Never gonna regret staying at the Terrace House. First of all, the place was very homey and all the staff (especially Allen) was very accomodating and helpful. My whole family enjoyed and admired the view. Allen also made it convenient for us to go to all the places we wished and needed to go. We just want to suggest that hopefully they could add an outdoor shower for the pool/ additional bathroom (so more guests can simultaneously take a shower and get ready), but overall we really loved our stay. We recommend it 101%

We really enjoyed our stay, Peter and Rowena are great hosts and looked after us through a few power cuts and Internet shortages. They also know the area very well and can offer recomendations of places to visit and things to do. The house is big, it could be made a bit more cosy, it feels like a lot of empty space but we appreciated the well equipped kitchen and the chlorine free swimming pool.

This is an awesome place to stay. However, there is no air conditioner in the living room. It was very hot. The cleaning was not done thoroughly.

The place is good for 6 pax. Walking distance to Alona beach which is great as you will not need to hassle with the trikes. House was in order. Only 2 issues: 1-noise from the massage centre which is right besides the apartment. As they close quite late, you can hear people talking as if right outside the master bedroom window and living room. 2-Parking was kind of a hassle as there are always 2 jeepneys occupying the lots and 1 lot is reserved for Roja Restaurant. As there are also customers for the Korean BBQ restaurant below, there will also be cars parked there. Had to wait till late until the korean restaurant leaves before we can move our car into the carpark. Otherwise its in a good location, far enough from alona beach noises but still near enough to walk to Alona beach.

We enjoyed our one week stay at Christophe's place. We used the swimming pool each day, which was nice and clean. The apartment had everything we needed for cooking, including a two-burner stovetop, rice cooker, and electric kettle. Our favorite part of the stay was sitting on the spacious balcony, which had a nice breeze on the days we were staying. Due to the location, it is likely best to rent a motorbike to get around.

Quiet location away in the forest, good WiFi, comfortable space, big bed, and on-site scooter rental. Good value for the price. Alex, the host, is a nice guy. Thanks👍

Don's place provided us with a comfortable and restful space. It was an ideal place to take tours from, close to a supermarket and allowed easy access to tricycles. Having been travelling it was great to be in a homely environment and cook meals in the well equipped kitchen and eat at our leisure. The pool was greatly appreciated after touring and for relaxing. Many thanks also to M.J. Our stay wil be part of our trip memories.

Place itself is clean & comfy which is also located in an area of peace and quiet. The host let check in earlier than check in time since we arrived early. Papa Rene was there accomodating us during check in until check out. highly recommendable place to stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and incredibly spacious, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. The host was so welcoming and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet with so many great restaurants just around the corner. It was so convenient to have such a variety of dining options nearby. One of the highlights of our stay was the proximity to Molave Cliff Resort. We were able to easily head over and enjoy some incredible freediving. Overall, this place exceeded all expectations, and we’ll definitely be back next time! Highly recommend!

A pleasant one night stay. The condo has all amenities you need, and there is a 711 next to the building. I like the lighting design.

We really had the best stay at this penthouse! The expectation vs reality did not disappoint as it was really spacious, well-maintained, complete with amenities, and overall really on tip top condition. We had our team christmas party, and it was so festive looking with the Christmas tree and decors. They really pay attention to details so their guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay. The host and caretaker were also very responsive and considerate to our needs. I highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a place that would really wow every guest 👍👍
