All rooms with private parking have mitsubishi electric air conditioning,Wi-Fi, hot water, all items are supplied from modern brands. There are super markets and restaurants around. It is a cozy house with an automatic garden door,outdoor garden lighting, 30 meters2 balconies, 300 meters2 gardens.

The two-story villa, surrounded by well-maintained greenery, features a covered balcony with outdoor seating. The structure is complemented by terracotta roof tiles and white walls, providing a modern aesthetic amidst the landscaped yard.
