I used it as an employee accommodation ~ It was close to Beomeo Station, so it was easy to commute to work, and it felt comfortable and nice that you took care of it meticulously ^ ^

I liked that the place was so clean! Everyone came in and wow ~ ~ I entered while lol The assigned room was on the 17th floor, so the view was also good!! One of the rooms was a large room + private bathroom + dressing room, so it was easy for 4 women to share. Basic spoons and chopsticks and bowls were well-stocked, so it was easy to deliver and eat! I had a nice stay!!

It was located right in front of Dongdaegu Station, so it was very easy to get around. The accommodation was so clean and nice that I think I'll use it again next time!!

First of all, it's a sunrise restaurant👍.. Even if you don't go out, it was so nice to see it right through the window of the accommodation. The weather was very cold on the day of my stay, but before check-in, he gave me detailed instructions on how to turn on the boiler and nearby restaurants, and most things such as foam cleansing and disposable shower towels were all provided, so I stayed comfortably.

I'm going on a trip to Daegu with my friends, so I stayed here. It's right in front of Kyungpook National University, so there were a lot of places to eat nearby, and it was nice! Both Kim Gwangseok Street and Suseongmot were good to go here and there within 20-30 minutes by car. You said parking was on a first come, first served basis, but we had no problem since it was a weekday! The room and living room, kitchen, terrace, and rooftop room were all perfect and clean. The cleanliness of the bathroom was a bit of a pity, but there was no problem using it at all:) I want to stay again next time I come!

The accommodation was so nice. It was bigger than I thought, and I was satisfied with the spacious bed. It was my first time in Pohang, but I rested really well and used it!! Yeongildae is also close, so it was great for a walk at night ~ ~ ~!! Like other reviews, it was spotlessly clean, and I stayed well for 3 nights without any discomfort. The location was about 40-50 minutes away from both downtown Pohang and Gyeongju, so it was the location I chose to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere, so there was no major inconvenience. I was worried because there were a lot of stories about the exterior, but it was an exterior that felt like a youth hostel that I didn't use. There was a distinction from the interior, but the view and the facilities inside were good, so it wasn't a problem. The kids loved it so much and make happy memories in Pohang!

Although it is a long-standing shared house (apartment), it is well constructed, it is clean, has good lighting, and the heating is good. It's on the 4th floor, so the view is great (I liked the cloudy mountains behind the buildings). It is not uncomfortable to sleep or live. I lived in an old house, so there was no disparity. - What's unfortunate: I don't know if it's an entire condominium problem, but ants (very small species) are often seen. It was a recently renovated apartment with a white tone, so it was clean and the best value. There is one kitchen in three rooms, and the room close to the kitchen was used as a living room with a sofa, and there was cooking utensils and a stove in the kitchen, so it was possible to cook. There is a separate induction stove, and I was able to bring it to the room and grill meat, etc. It is 25 minutes to Pohang Jukdo Market and 15 minutes to the beach and fish market in Guryongpo, so the location is good and the surroundings are quiet. There was a grocery store inside the apartment complex. I bought ssam, chili peppers, ice cream, etc. The lack of an elevator can be seen as a disadvantage, and I think it would be nice to have two additional fans in the summer. There was a washing machine and porch, so you could do simple laundry. The water was installed on the veranda, so it was nice to be able to wash in the bathroom and porch at the same time without children and adults going out and washing when they went out and washed. I'm visiting as my first guest after remodeling, and I had a hard time with the front door password error, but I trust that the owner solved it well and will get better.

It wasn't around the tourist attractions, but that's why it's a good value It was great! It's in the middle of Yeongil University, Guryongpo, and Homi Cape, so it's good for sightseeing throughout Pohang! There is one air conditioner in a large room, so it is difficult to sleep in a small room in the middle of summer, and I brought bedding to the large room and slept well for 2 adults and 2 children! The bathroom is not small, and there are clean and fluffy towels! It's easy to park at the location with a map! Be careful when entering a large vehicle ~
