Santiago's place was wonderful--the directions for what to do once we were in the house (hot tub/heater/departure) were all very clear without being overbearing which made us feel very comfortable. The location cannot be beat-views from the hot tub over the vineyard were breathtaking and it is super close to town, so we were able to walk to get coffee in the morning and dinner. Highly recommend and we will reserve again when we need a Guerneville getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Nitza’s cottage. It was cute, comfortable and met all of our needs. We were provided with excellent directions and information to make our stay seamless. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in beautiful Sonoma. Since it was cooler in December, the hottub was a fantastic spot to relax. The host Michael went above and beyond by gifting us a bottle of his wine and olive oil; and walking us through the olive oil-making process, which was a delightful and unique experience. He was incredibly responsive throughout, ensuring we had everything we needed. The location is also convenient, with easy access to wine country, ocean, all amenities, including a Tesla supercharger.

Absolutely enjoyed Ewa's camper and will consider a future stay when returning to the area! A friend and I had planned a camping trip nearby and plans got altered due to the rain. Host was responsive and accommodating to extend our stay to this 2nd camper on the property. The camper has a spacious common area, easy to cozy up and enjoy some indoor hang time. There's a large outdoor living area, we would have enjoyed more if not for the rain. Fresh eggs/butter were handy as we didn't bring our own and this provided a couple of delicious breakfasts. Kitchen is stocked with utensils/pans/dishes. Bathroom is stocked with bathing toiletries. Linens were clean and fresh. Large bed is a touch hard, but slept fine. The extra convertible beds are not suitable for adults as they are short. Those needing info on signal: Wifi was not reliable as it's on an extender far from the main house. Cell signal is almost zero on AT&T, Mint was a bit more solid only when standing outside.

I desperately needed a break from renovating my mother's condo as I put it up for sale. I had spent weeks of twelve hour days on the project. When I got to David's place it was lovely and the back patio took my breath away. So quiet and peaceful with views of endless trees. I laid on the hammock and promptly fell asleep, only to spend most of the weekend similarly horizontal. When I woke to eat and snack, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the glasses and plates were beautiful. I only wish I had been less tired and brought another person with me, as there is plenty of space to spread out and do your own thing.

This is a beautiful home with a welcoming feel. We felt at home and relaxed right away. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed to prepare a few meals at home. We enjoyed the hot tub and the inclosed backyard where our dog could walk around and smell everything 😁. The location was great! Cute little town and easy access to family in Sabastopol, beautiful drive to Bodega Bay, and long walks. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Our home at Bodega Bay was simply perfect! The space was capacious, warm and pretty. The hottub was so lovely after our long, hard days of wine tasting. The home was conveniently located near fish markets/restaurants so we could easily could for our large group. And they don’t kid about how many people can fit (~10); next time we come, we’ll bring more people. Kathy and Shane were very responsive and accommodating — we were able to bring a dog (w an additional cleaning fee) which was so nice since it’s a no dog listing. I will definitely be returning!

Spectacular views of the bay on one side & access to a hiking trail for views of the ocean out back. Well-equipped kitchen to cook for large groups, adorable gas stove keeps the house warm, and room to park 3 cars in the driveway.

The loft is perfect! A gem of a find! It is on top of a wine tasting room just overlooking the Sonoma square. We love seeing the square from our window…. especially during this Christmas season with all the lights and decor on the square. Check-in was a breeze. It had dedicated parking space. The loft is perfect with all the amenities carefully curated by the host. So thoughtful! It is not a full kitchen (no stove) but was perfect for what we needed. As it is across the square, walking distance to stores, wine tasting shops, restaurants, bars and historic Solano barracks.
