We had a wonderful stay. Eugene and Natalia were very helpful and always responsive. The place is beautiful, with a fun mid-century modern vibe, and the neighborhood is tucked into a beautiful valley and is particularly beautiful in spring. Everything is just as described and as seen in the photos. Very comfortable bed! I highly recommend it.

Perfectly positioned near everything you could want in Walnut Creek...movie theater, brunch, brew house. Honestly the best location you could ask for. Most importantly, it was quiet.

Not much else you can say other than the word surreal. What a peaceful and stunning environment. Keep in mind you should definitely rent a car if you stay here, but it’s not too far from many incredible and unique towns in the area. If I could give this a 10/5 I would. An extra perk is having Hazel the cat come visit you at various points in the day. The pictures don’t even do the view justice. We had the best time and will be recommending this to anyone that tells us they want to visit Sanoma.

The carriage house was perfect for 2 people. We loved watching the chickens in the yard and petting Navi, their friendly cat.

Ramil's place was located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, yet still close enough to San Francisco that traveling back and forth throughout the day was easy to do. This location was also only 15-20 minutes away from the Oakland airport. If we return to the Bay area anytime in the near future, I'll definitely be looking at Ramil's place again!

I absolutely loved Sue's quiet, adorable cottage in Oakland. It was everything I wanted and more. She adds special touches that are above the normal expectations. There were snacks for us upon arriving too tired to go to the store. The mattress was amazingly comfortable. All amenities you could possibly need in the bathroom and kitchen and all very clean. Thank you Sue for sharing your home with us.

Megan's place is fantastic! It's like a beautiful hotel! The location is perfect with so many things in walking distance. It was very clean and Megan was very helpful and prompt in communication. Yes, you can hear people walking above, but it was never loud enough to be a distraction. If you plan on cooking, the kitchen is great but only non-stick cookware. Loved our stay!

Where to begin with Alan's rental! Spacious beautiful home with an enormous kitchen and a very modern gas stove. Another reviewer made mention of no coffee maker, but it was not the case when I rented. Super close to one of Alameda's main streets (Park Street) and a shopping area called The Marketplace, having grocery food stalls including a bakery and a coffee shop. Super convenient to public transit with connecting services to anywhere in the Bay Area. Also included is central air which kept the house cozy in either hot or cool weather. An enclosed garage for the front unit where I was staying, and off-street parking for the other unit. Alan lives really close and was on the spot with the few questions I had. And the Bathroom! Fully surrounded clawfoot tub with great water pressure. I cannot forget to mention the Toyo Washlet. Heated washing and drying to keep your tooshie ultra fresh and clean. And two words say i

This house was clean and had all the amenities you would hope for. We really enjoyed the bikes and love the fact it had a hot tub even though we never used it. Kharis was so responsive!!! Anything needed she handled. She even had a shaker for mixed drinks shipped to the house via Amazon. Highly recommend this house.

We had a great Spring Break with our grandchildren with Barbara's place as our base. A very comfortable and user friendly home. A quiet and super pleasant location. Close to beautiful beaches with swimming pools, tennis courts and pickle ball available for the non-beach time. We enjoy cooking and eating in and Barbara's kitchen was easy to use with good cook and dining ware. And so quiet. Lovely place.

Jon's place was perfect for a quiet cabin getaway. The view out the window was beautiful and the cabin was very clean and cozy. It's perfect for a day of hiking and then an evening of relaxing in front of the fire. Would definitely come back.

My friends from Utah and Hawaii came to visit, and we have a very nice time at Jer’s house! The house its very clean and organized, and very spacious! The kitchen its a very organized, we able to cook and have a nice meals at the dining table. Jer send us all the instructions, we don’t have to ask anything, he is very proactive and professional! We really recommend this place! And definitely will be in our wish list to came back!

Winston was a great host and it’s a great house. Not the most walkable area but very good value as it’s a short drive to downtown SF. Overall very clean and well stocked house. Garage was really a nice feature as street parking was fairly limited nearby. Would book again

I was honestly shocked at how nice this place was. It’s so peaceful and quiet, the back space with the hot tub is private with lots of sunshine, and the house was stocked with everything we could need. It’s not too long of a walk to town. Sean was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend for a weekend couples getaway.

This was a great home base to explore Napa Valley. Very convenient access to the market for coffee each morning, although you don’t need it as the kitchen is very well stocked. Appreciated the sparkling water and snacks as nice touches! We were not bothered by the minimal noise from the upstairs neighbors. It was hardly noticeable and we were working remotely from the space all day. Live music on Friday nights as the resort was fun!

Us and another couple decided to take a few days off and head out to Napa for a midweek getaway. It was our 23rd year anniversary and both of our friend’s birthdays and 34th year anniversary! Matt’s rental was awesome. He was very responsive and within a couple hrs we rented the house. This beautiful condo is located in a gated community within 15-20 min walking distance to Silverado Resort. Checking in was easy and straight up. One of the rooms has a beautiful local view of the hills and houses around. Matt’s vacation rental is clean and neighbors are very quiet. The kitchen is loaded with all the necessary bowls, pans, utensils etc. Bathrooms were clean and plenty towels were provided. If you plan to have a nice stay in Napa i’ld definitely give them a try! 5 stars all around

Erin was a great host, she was proactive with communication before the stay started and would check up on us throughout the stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and to ask if there was anything we needed. Erin’s place looks exactly like photos and is clean, it’s definitely worth the money. I have stayed at the resort itself a few times and IMO Erin’s place is cleaner and nicer than the resorts 1 bedroom suites

We had the best stay in San Francisco thanks to finding this apartment! The views are stunning and you can see all the best of SF from the windows. The hosts were wonderful, very helpful and lovely and the apartment itself was beautifully decorated and artistic we felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend and would definitely return. There aren’t enough words to describe how incredible our stay was! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was perfect, but what truly made this experience unforgettable was the host’s outstanding hospitality—impressively responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making our stay amazing. Kate’s condo was beautiful, very clean, well equipped. The pictures are accurate, but found it to be cuter in person😊. The location is lovely and quiet, and a short drive to town and wineries. We live in SF but had friends traveling cross country trip in their camper, so was great to have a place where we could invite them for a meal and sit casually and comfortably while catching up over wine… and Kate left us a bottle, so that was nice! We looked at hotels while deciding where to stay but most were more expensive with no real seating area (definitely not for 4) and no kitchen, which would have required us to sit at a restaurant/bar to do the same as we did at a much higher rate (btwn the room, meals and drinks). So all in all we were a ton more comfortable and spent a lot less money staying here. Would definitely stay again! Thanks Kate!
