Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Bodden Town

Great place to stay in Bodden Town. Great small beach and pool. Had everything you need in the kitchen from a blender to potato peeler. We were able to go left or right out of the condo and just a bit down the road to a beach access to great walkable beach. Close to a 24hr Gym and a school with a track. About 30 minutes to 7 Mile beach.

Fantastic condo with a pool and a beach about three minutes walk away from our room. The owner was responsive, and the place was stocked with complimentary toiletries, pots and pans, dishes, towels, and everything we needed. Fine for kids but make sure they stay on the ground level as the staircase could be a hazard for toddlers who like to climb. Otherwise we loved it and we would definitely recommend if anyone visits…Five stars.

Sun-coast Apartments are spacious with everything you need for your stay. While a bit tired perhaps from general wear and tear, it was clean and tidy. Ideal for a beach holiday base in Bodden Town - East End - away from the busier parts of the island. Thank you Clyde and cleaning team! Best wishes for this season.

Our family stayed for 6 days, everything was great. The house had everything you could think of. Big bottles of shampoo and conditioners for hair washing after the beach came in handy and was perfect. We didn’t use the terrace much, there were a lot of little bugs even though there was a screen. Marlize was great helping us each day with the WiFi issue, the pool was nice and private. I am glad we rented a car as it’s needed in this area. Short drives to seven mile beach, supermarkets and bars & grill. Parking space assigned was very helpful. Washer and dryer was a big plus as we came home everyday with wet towels and clothes from the beach. Comfy beds and sofa! I wouldn’t mind staying here if we visit again!

We stayed for two weeks. It was very peaceful. Donna was always very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. We were sad to leave. The hotel has no control over the traffic noise but they have put things in place to combat this. We stayed in apartment 9 which faced the road. This was not an issue just something that we noticed. Wonderful place with wonderful people!!

Thank you for an amazing stay! Extremely modern place in a very peaceful area, just a few minutes drive from Beach Bay. Nice amenities. Quiet and secure. Our hosts went above and beyond for us. When our international car rental company cancelled on us at the last minute, the hosts helped find us a local car agency we'd of never found (saving us a lot of money and headache). Very responsive to all questions and needs. There are a handful of restaurants within 10 minutes drive of the house but to access the major centers of Grand Cayman (including Georgetown and 7 Mile Beach) it requires a 20-30 minute drive. But the value of this Airbnb is amazing, a fraction of the price of other airbnbs/hotels and much higher quality. A great option for people seeking budget accommodation on the island and who don't mind the drive. Thanks again!

We really enjoyed our time here! The view is incredible and home is clean and spacious. It was great to have a small private beach area and access to the swimming pool.

Great space for two families visiting this wonderful island! Walking distance to the beach and thoroughly enjoyed the new year at Peter’s getaway! It was a nice touch to have the kids beach accessories and games available. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place- peaceful and lots of areas to hang out- great screened porch. Lots of games- beautiful to be on the ocean- pool not huge but good to cool off. Restaurant recommendations were great. The kitchen is well stocked. The host was very responsive. Nice to have 3 bathrooms for our group! Thank you for a great vacation!

This was a wonderful stay! Patricia had all the amenities we needed: beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear and so much more! The place was perfect! We had plenty of room and had such a memorable time. Great views, wonderful pool. Quiet secluded area that made relaxing easy. We played board games, took advantage of the spacious kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend Patricia’s place!

The condo's location is perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. The beach is just a stone’s throw away, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf. The condo itself is beautifully furnished and impeccably maintained. It has a modern yet cozy feel, with all the amenities one could wish for. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing for easy meal preparation, and the living area is spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms are luxurious, with plush bedding and plenty of storage space. I particularly appreciated the large windows that let in plenty of natural light and provided stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Monika's house was the perfect place to spend a week in Grand Cayman. The location was perfect and close to the grocery store, across the street from the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants including Camana Bay. We enjoyed the pool, large backyard and safety of the residential neighborhood. The house was "as described" and we felt that we had everything we needed for the week. Thanks again!

The space was perfect for what we needed. We loved the location. It was peaceful and the community boardwalk was perfect for sunrises and sunsets! Cayman Island Brewery was just a two minute drive and an awesome spot to hang out and meet locals.

This was perfect for us (family with two kids)! The condo is bigger than it looks in pictures. Both bathrooms are modern and beautiful. Everything was comfortable and functional. You can't beat the location for the beach (which is clean, protected, super kid-friend), the pool, the swim-up bar, the perfectly passable restaurant, and the walkability to Camana Bay and other spots. The unit's back balcony is private and big enough for the four of us to comfortably have breakfast and watch the roosters. We had an issue with the fridge and Kyle was extremely responsive. We'd stay here again for sure.

I loved Suladda's home. You can literally walk out the back door and be on the beach. It is very close to all the action, but it is at the very end of the building, so it is very quiet and private. There are wonderful restaurants near by, including Suladda's Thai Orchid, where we ate twice. It's delicious! You can walk to many restaurants, Kirk's grocery and even to town. Taxis are plentiful, but my daughter was also able to find a local ride sharing service (I can't remember the name) that we used several times. The pool was never crowded, and there were always plenty of chairs. If I ever return to Grand Cayman, and I certainly hope I do, my family and I would definitely stay here again.

4 Adults had a wonderful time at Xiran's condo. Great communication with recommendations for restaurant's and other suggestions. Condo temperature is fixed at 72, but it only seemed a little warm when we first arrived. Once we turned the ceiling fans on it was perfect. Location at Sunset Cove is great, it's steps from the pool and beach. Beautiful, quiet garden view from the balcony. Kitchen is well equipped and large. We did not rent a car and walked to most places. The taxi ride from the airport is about $25-$30 USD. There are several restaurants in the area and a wine/liquor store nearby. Grocery store is a long walk with bags, or a short cab ride. Cabs and Busses are easy to get on the island. Overall we had a great time and would love to return some day.

The stay at our beachside apartment was great. Walking distance to Camana Bay and other great restaurants. Apartment had what we needed including coffee maker and toys for our little. Thanks again.

Where to begin on how amazing this condo is!! First of all, the location is spectacular - right in the heart of Seven Mile Beach, walkable to many bars, restaurants and beaches but it is on a beautiful white sand beach so you don’t even have to leave! The beach was in perfect condition and the water was crystal clear. There is also a nice pool with lots of chairs around it. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need, the laundry machines worked great, the place is huge, the property is beautiful, I could go on and on! 10/10. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

The place was exactly like the pictures featured in the listing. Large open living spaces and a great porch with an awesome view of the ocean. Everything was clean and tidy with all the amenities you would expect. Our family had a great time during our week stay.

Absolutely incredible location! Directly on the water with fantastic sunsets. We enjoyed the snorkeling (Great, especially around the Gamma wreck just off the shore) Easy walk into town with restaurants and shops. Kirks market for groceries also walkable with a great deli. The pool was amazing, especially at night with the beautiful blue lighting. Really enjoyed morning coffee in the lanai watching the cruise ships come in and just chillin.
