Spacious, pleasant, very well-equipped apartment. Pino is a very accessible, kind host who knows his city well. The place is quiet, full of small shops nearby. However, provide public transport to visit, otherwise it's a 3 km walk. The bus is very close to the apartment. Pino is a great musician, we had the chance to listen to him by the sea of genes, what a good time!! Highly recommend this place to visit inconveniences, and the surrounding area.

Sabrina is a very kind and caring guest. It makes you feel at home. The apartment is in a stately building, and seeing the sea from the balcony is always an emotion. The strategic location: semi-central area with all kinds of services. And then the dedicated parking space makes the stay a little easier. Thanks again for everything!

This is a beautiful flat furnished with gorgeous furniture! Silvano and Clara are the most gracious hosts we have ever met! They were incredibly helpful, friendly and caring. The flat is spotless - it is the cleanest Airbnb we have had the pleasure of staying in. It is located on an adorable pedestrian only street, steps away from the main promenade where there are many restaurants and bars to choose from. The BEST bakery in town is 25 feet from the apartment too (get the focaccia). Silvano and Clara were so helpful, we felt like we were welcomed into a friend’s home. We highly recommend this flat - for a first class experience, look no further - this is it! We will be back!

Very nice place. City center of Genova. Bit apartments. The only think is that no parking space. But it is ZTL so it is impossible. Please keep in mind that you would need to pay around 25€ per day of parking, since there are only big paid parkings in the center. Overall, we linked the stay and the city. We recommend Giancarlo’s place.

Exceptional accommodation located in the historic and commercial center of Genoa, everything was spotless. Be careful, however: Access by car is not easy and the nearby private parking is sometimes full (as when we arrived, which forced us to turn for an hour before finding a spot). Of course, this is just a detail, and it absolutely didn't stop us from making the most of our stay. We would like to thank Virginia again for the care with which she welcomed us, and her availability to respond to our messages throughout the stay (this despite the holidays). We highly recommend this listing.

Daniela was very kind, she communicated continuously and resolved our doubts, the apartment is very well equipped and was clean, it is in a 4 floor without elevator but no problem, We get parking nearby and the area has a lot to do. Excellent!

I had a lovely stay at Cosimo’s apartment. I walked from the train station which was not far, but steep with luggage! Though it was a beautiful private walkway there, and a quick way into town when you don’t have your luggage :) Cosimo was an extremely helpful host. He provided great recommendations for restaurants and things to do, and was very helpful upon checkin, giving me a tour of the building and all of its amenities. Very responsive whenever I had a question as well! If you are looking for an escape amongst the hills of the Italian riviera, this is the place!

The apartment was as described and had all the necessary tools to fully enjoy your stay. When we arrived, we found a taste of the Ligurian cuisine. Strong point for reserved parking Great location, a stone's throw from the center, even for those who want to visit the neighboring countries. The only small flaw is the lack of soundproofing. Tamara was very kind and helpful.

Paolo's apartment is located on the heights of Rapallo: the path to get there by car is steep but once found the location is perfect with a lovely sea view and gated parking. There is also a small pedestrian path mainly composed of steps in order to access the beach faster as well as the waterfront walk that connects to the city center (it goes up but we were able to do it with two toddlers). The apartment is very clean and has everything you need, it is even nicer than the photos! The pool at the residence is large and very nice. We recommend this place!

Apartment in a very good location with parking . It is close to the center and amenities . Air conditioning would have been a plus with the heat but the fan is very helpful . The pool is lovely . Very pleasant stay, it makes you want to come back.

We really appreciated the welcome Mara gave us and the quality of the place she offered us. During our stay, Mara was always available and we appreciated her good advice. The place was extremely clean and we felt like we were at home. These few days as a couple in Genoa have bothered us.
