Cinzia se portó de maravilla, siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros y de cualquier inconveniente que tuviéramos. El departamento es perfecto ubicación excelente. Nos encantó.

Tutto perfetto come al solito, soggiorniamo sempre qui quando siamo di passaggio a Genova. Lidia ,gentilissima come sempre ,ci è venuta incontro per l’orario di check-in.

Sehr schöne und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit guter Klimaanlage. Wohnung ist sehr sauber und alles notwendige vorhanden, sogar Nespresso-Kaffeemachine. Zentral gelegen zu Strand, Restaurant und Bahnhof. Wir wurden sehr nett in Empfang genommen und über Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten informiert. Sehr empfehlenswert. Excellent apartment with all the necessities for a longer stay. Excellent well equipped kitchen, beautiful stylish interior, two excellent bathrooms. Is actually perfect for people with reduced mobility (not for full wheelchair). Lift in the appartement building, lift Down to the city center with shopping street and from there lift to the beach promenade. Beautiful hikes can be made up the hills.

We had a lovely stay at Golden House! We were warmly met by Roberta & Giambattista who led us to the private parking area and gave us a tour of their beautiful home. We had everything we needed for a quick stay in Rapallo especially an Espresso machine! A perfect location where we could walk and close to cafes and restaurants and the beautiful panoramic Lungo Mare. Communication was excellent in Italian & English with many suggestions on how to get around Rapallo. Their traditional Italian home is spotless and beautifully decorated and is just as charming as its wonderful hosts! Grazie to Roberta and Giambattista- you are so sweet! Gentilissimi!!!

Sehr schöner Ort. Nette Menschen. Wein Bar(Stehausschank) im EG des Hauses….super netter Besitzer, so kommt man sofort mit den locals ins Gespräch. Wir waren mit drei Kindern, Wohnung ist dafür mehr als ausreichend. 5min zum Meer. Zuganbindung nach Genua(z.B.) Absolut zu empfehlen

I've been there for my Christmas holiday, so not exactly to visit the beach, but the apartment was warm and cozy even in winter. The location and the apartment are as shown in the pics great value for money

Tommi e Anna grazie! Siamo stati bene come vostri ospiti. l'appartamento è super centrale per potersi muovere a piedi e scoprire la città. La sera vi sono diversi locali per mangiare a 5 minuti dall'appartamento. Parcheggio a 10 minuti al coperto. Siete super disponibili e attivi molto attenti. Bravi!

Terza volta in questo fantastico Airbnb a Genova Nervi, e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti! La posizione è perfetta, in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi passi dalla splendida Passeggiata Anita Garibaldi e dal Parco di Nervi, dove trascorrere giornate immerse nel verde e con una vista incredibile sul mare. L’appartamento è pulito, ben arredato e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La disponibilità e la cordialità dell’host rendono l’esperienza ancora più speciale. Ogni dettaglio è curato con attenzione e ci si sente davvero a casa. Anche la nostra bambina ha adorato il posto e ci siamo sentiti accolti come amici, più che ospiti. Consiglio vivamente questo Airbnb a chiunque visiti Genova Nervi e cerchi un alloggio tranquillo, accogliente e ben posizionato. Siamo già in attesa della nostra prossima visita!

Excellent emplacement pour un séjour parfait chez Roberta. L'appartement est très beau, très propre et tout à fait fonctionnel. Les équipements sont de qualité. Roberta est charmante, très gentille et nous a donné tous les conseils dont nous avions besoin ! Bien sûr, on entend un peu le train, mais cela est indiqué dans l'annonce. Camogli est une petite ville très agréable avec tous les services dont nous pourrions avoir besoin.

Ottima esperienza! Prenotato due ore prima dell arrivo, Giorgio ha fornito subito le informazioni necessario sia prima della prenotazione che dopo, in riferimento al parcheggio, alla posizione, alle attrazioni, bar e ristoranti con migliore qualità prezzo. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort e il letto è veramente comodo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Very nice apartment with everything you need inside. The apartment is placed around many good bakeries, pizzerias and some groceries stores. Everything is in a walkable distance, even the train station and the beach. Really enjoyed the stay here and recommend others to stay here as well.

Great location, air conditioned accommodation. It would be nice if access to the kitchen and other facilities would be advertised and included.

Die Wohnung thront spektakulär über dem Meer, mit einer großen Terrasse, die einen atemberaubenden Rundumblick bietet. Tagsüber reicht der Blick bis zum Horizont, nachts funkeln die Lichter von Genua wie ein Sternenhimmel. Auch innen fühlt sich die Wohnung an, als wäre sie von einem Künstler geschaffen – großzügig, stilvoll, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Jeder Raum lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, sodass wir selbst kochen konnten – auch wenn das kulinarische Angebot der Trattorien unwiderstehlich war. Und als das Wetter anfangs nicht ganz mitspielte, haben wir es uns auf den Sofas bequem gemacht und durch die großen Panoramafenster aufs Meer geschaut – fast, als säße man draußen. Ein besonderer Dank an Sarah und Fiore: Zum Abschied nahmen wir einen Korb voll duftender Orangen aus ihrem Garten mit – und daraus wurde köstliche Marmelade. Eine wunderbare Erinnerung an einen magischen Ort. Danke, dass wir hier sein durften!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in einer super schönen Ferienwohnung! Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr abgelegen, aber mit dem schönen Garten und dem Pool hat es an nichts gefehlt. Entspannung pur :) Ein Supermarkt und eine Apotheke ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar wo man alles bekommt. Danke für alles, wir würden wieder kommen!

Appartamento impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista. Posizionato al centro, vicino al porto antico, che permette di sentirsi genovesi.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per due notti durante il Salone Nautico di Genova, e non avrei potuto chiedere una posizione migliore! A pochi minuti dal Salone, la posizione è stata perfetta per i miei spostamenti. L'appartamento è davvero spazioso, estremamente pulito e arredato con gusto. Mi sono sentito subito a casa. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi comfort e praticità. Tornerò sicuramente!

Un super séjour de deux nuits. L'hôte s'est montrée très réactive, disponible et intéressée. L'appartement est très bien décoré, l'accès à la piscine un vrai plus. En revanche, l'accès au parking est une petite aventure : il faut s'armer de patience et hop ça continue 😊 Merci à Tetiana pour son accueil !

I recently stayed at Ilenia’s apartment in Santa Margherita, and I had a wonderful time.! Ilenia was an exceptional host—always available to chat and extremely conscientious, making sure everything went smoothly. The apartment itself was spotless, and very well-maintained with lovely views of the marina. I also loved how conveniently located it was, with easy access to local shops, the marinarestaurants, and all the amenities. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I’d highlyrecommend!
