I would definitely stay here again. It is truly a Dominican Family Home. My mom had nostalgia because it reminded her of her childhood home. Marino was great at communicating and anything wrong with the home I was able to show him and he would let me know that he would take care of it. Thank you for all you do. If you are coming from the USA to stay in Bani doesn’t matter if it’s in this location or another one, please keep in mind that you are in a tropical place and you are going to see all types of bugs. It is not a big deal here just focus on having fun. Nonetheless this home was spacious, clean and well organized.

This apartment and location is great if you want to feel the real Dominican Republican experience. Emil makes you feel like family and is very attentive to making your experience the best possible. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a Dominican experience!

We loved staying at Hector’s listing, had an amazing family getaway. The house was exactly as described, we had everything we needed! Hector provided clear instructions to get to the house and a few local market’s phone with delivery. The place and the beach is even more beautiful in person, it was well cleaned and well maintained. Hope we can stay again.

First off Ken is a great host. He responded to my questions very quick and also had a lot of great recommendations for things to do. The house is very spacious and clean. Definitely would recommend if you’re traveling with a small group. Me and my fiancee enjoyed our time there and we would definitely come back and book with Ken.

Enjoyed our stay at the Bani beach house. The owner was extremely helpful and very responsive. Access to the beach and local restaurants from the beach house within walking distance.

Excellent stay. We felt right at home, since we arrived we were greeted by a very kind gentleman who helped us in what we needed on the days we were there. The very cozy house, the beach and the beautiful view. A great place to spend time as a family trip.

It is a quiet and comfortable place, it is 10 minutes away from the beach walking and 2 by car. The house has everything you might need in question appliances and the person in charge of handing over the keys is a love. Anything I could need she helped me at all times. I personally recommend it 100%

The Place: 1 minute from a private beach. The staff at the clubhouse was great as was the food. Security was great and is in safe location. I run 10km daily in the area without problems, but the best part was working with Omar and his wife..because of curfew in RD now the supermarket closed the day we came, but Omar's wife saved the day and drove us to the supermarket..is a great place and area to experience RD life...and also is fresh fish just a 2 minutes drive down the road....any problems you have Omar will solve...

Beautiful, clean, secure home. Easy check in and check out. Washer and dryer worked well. Felt at home. No water when first arrived but host was responsive and issue wax resolved quickly. No water issues the rest of the week. Would recommend and would stay again.

I undoubtedly had a very good experience. The place is very quiet, easily accessible, with a clean and tidy space. This Airbnb, despite being in a quiet area, is close to all facilities, such as bank and supermarkets, which makes it very convenient for any needs that arise. Everything you need is actually just a step away. Excellent place!!!
