Vacation rentals in Boca de Yuma

My wife and I stayed in Cabin #3 for four nights, after finding out about the property from someone who had stayed here a few years ago and raved about it. We were not disappointed. The hosts/staff are unbelievably proactive, responsive and friendly. The location is spectacular, and the location of the cabin overlooking the beach was amazing. We enjoyed walking the ten minutes up the beach to Coco Mar every day for lunch or dinner and great drinks, right on the beach. We also walked into the little plaza area behind Coco Mar and had a surprisingly delicious lunch at Mamiii Chula and a great (more upscale) dinner at Florecita (highly recommend the whole fish, which was served deboned on a bed of grilled vegetables and was outstanding). From Jose's place you can walk forever in either direction along the beach, past like a dozen resorts -- some very high end -- where we wouldn't have had the view or the sounds of the ocean from our room. Can't wait to return.

Amazing place with breathtaking views!

Our experience at this Punta Cana vacation rental was absolutely fantastic! The hosts were exceptional—kind, attentive, and always ready to help make our stay unforgettable. The property was spacious, with beautiful pools right outside our door, and the beach was less than a five-minute stroll away. It was a stunning, less crowded beach with a lovely market for souvenirs. We loved starting our days at Nova, the beach club restaurant, where the coffee and fresh fruit were delightful. Sharing lunch options and lounging on a beach bed while soaking up the sun made for perfect afternoons. For dinner, we enjoyed a short 15-minute walk to Venezia, an Italian restaurant known for its incredible pasta and delicious stone oven pizza. We’re already planning our next visit and can’t wait to share this amazing place with friends and family. If you want a vacation rental with wonderful hosts in a stunning location, look no further! Highly recommended!

Beautiful swimming pool

We had a wonderful stay at John’s condo. John was an excellent and a very friendly host answering all our questions promptly. The condo is beautiful, very spacious and offers fantastic views of the golf course. You are very close, about 5min easy walk to the very pretty in-resorts old town /Altos de Chavón with lots of dining options which was great. Otherwise you are about 10min drive to other places like the marina (for dinner book SBG, it was fabulous) and where you can do shopping/get groceries or just enjoy walking around the marina. Minitas beach club is also about 10min away which we very much enjoyed, especially the adults only pool area. There are also 3 golf courses, horseback riding, hotel pool area to enjoy. We rented a golf cart which was a fun way to cruise around the huge resort neighborhood. We would definitely return!

They have a lot of rules, I guess they made bad experiences with guests. For a moment I thought what did I get into and once I settled it was really nice

The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped. You don't miss anything. The view from the balcony is unique. I would definitely go again.

Great place to stay @ Capcana

Loved this place, and her host Alex is great, always attentive to every detail and willing to answer any questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It is a very quiet and clean condominium, very close to everything. My family and I are very grateful to Alex for all his attentions, and we would definitely come back.
