Very good location and everything we needed was handy. Great location and great support of the condominium. We feel at home. We stayed a total of 16 days d was very nice. We enjoyed everything we could. City Hall has occasional items that can improve, but my next stay is for sure and here. Carlos is always thoughtful and helpful to any hr we need. We are located in 4 people, 3 adults and 1 child. The protective screens on the windows and balcony are an extra tranquillity. My son loved the pool, he is 6 years old and the depth of the pool and mayor for children to play. The academy is very good and skipped. The grill is very good for the last barbecue.

The house is very pleasant, airy, spacious, quiet with urban noises, although near the main street. Commerce nearby. Beautiful and cozy garden, well flowered and with lots of birds. Well manicured and very tasty pool. Large rooms. Quantity of beds and bathrooms ideal for the number of guests possible. All beds with clean and well-maintained bedding, clean and sufficient towels for the number of guests. Alexandre was always very receptive, allowed us to visit the house before we closed the rent, was flexible regarding check-in and check-out, treated us with great cordiality, enthusiasm and education. The place is amazing! The house is practically an art gallery!! The very tasty and airy room with lots of privacy, excellent bed and a good bath. Great place, full of interesting art and walking distance to everywhere in old town Olinda. The balcony had a lovely view and a nice breeze perfect for hanging out in the hammock after a day of exploring.
