The apartment is impeccable, very well furnished and with everything we need during our stay. Anderson is very friendly and requested, it made us flexible the check in and fulfilled my request for an extra mattress and an iron iron. Make sure that anyone who stays with Anderson will be well-received and have a great stay.

Great value location. Climatized and clean. Kitchen with necessary utensils. Host Zulenir resides at the bottom and always responds quickly and cordially. It is that in the photos of the listing, there is an environment with sofa, which leads to thinking that the property has a room for the guests. However, the place does not have a living room or sofa, only kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. I suggest to remove the photo because the living room was important to us.

The property is exactly like in the Photos. Wagner was very kind, he received us at the door of the building even our arrival time having been in the early hours, he gave us accurate information. The condo is beautiful. I recommend it to everyone. Returning to Blumenau we will definitely book again.

Pleasant space, especially for those who like nature, with beautiful lawn and trees. Can't walk to any tourist spot, bar, restaurant, bakery, market... but by car is close to the center and to several sights. Very helpful host. Would recommend.
