We loved our short stay in Melanie’s apartment! The location is so convenient to downtown SLC. It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The apartment building is older so you will hear some floor creaking and footsteps/voices from neighbors, but it was still quiet and noise levels seemed to be respected very well! Thank you Melanie for a wonderful stay!

A nice little place. It has a cozy sitting area with a sunset view. Centrally located on major streets that are much quieter than you would expect. I met friendly locals who gave me insights to life in Salt Lake City.

We needed the place for a night before my medical procedure. I am a smaller person so the bed was hard to sleep on. The other rooms were pristine and clean. There was an air conditioner in every window. The rooms had a slight chill because it was Dec. It was well worth the amount we payed. We will be looking to stay again.

Great place to stay! Very clean and modern, yet cozy. Very convenient to get to off of the highway as we were passing through the Salt Lake area.

We absolutely loved our stay! Todd is a great host. Very responsive and personable. This unit has beautifully high ceilings and windows, we felt right at home. This unit also has a nice view of the mountains and is in a walkable area. Smiths is right across the street- with a great selection of groceries. The bed was comfortable, the closet had plenty of space and we genuinely had everything we needed. The kitchen has anything you might want with nice flow and organization, even baking sheets and some spices which you don’t find at all air bnb’s! Amazing quality stay especially for the price. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Provo!

Stayed before and will stay again. Clean, good space and close to restaurants and Real Academy. only downsides are there aren't any amenities like coffee, seasonings for cooking and pullout sofa is very uncomfortable (hard springs). Good communication from host.

Very clean, cozy, and well-maintained basement apartment on a quiet street. The location was ideal for me, and the neighborhood is charming. Anthony was proactive about making sure my stay went smoothly.

Staying here was a great experience. Cozy, great amenities, clean. Host was very responsive anytime we needed anything and the kitchen was fully stocked, which was nice. There was a cute walking path just a couple of blocks away, complete with wild rabbits and horses for our enjoyment. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay that is close to downtown! We loved our stay and it was very easy to find and check in to. We wanted a place with good parking in a safe area that’s walkable distance to downtown, that’s exactly what we found here! Loved it thank you!

Very impressed with the amenities for a basement apartment—sink even had garbage disposal! Was happy to have dishwasher, laundry, fenced back yard great for my dogs, and very well stocked kitchen. Amazing trails you can run to straight from the house. Very positive experience!

In town for a funeral. Thankful that you’re beautiful apartment could accommodate our family. It was peaceful, quiet and beautifully furnished beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the provisions left for our benefit. Would definitely recommend!

Great place, very clean and comfortable

Wow!! 🤩 Monica was incredible! From the very start she was proactive in her communication. She asked about our dietary restrictions and flavor preferences for breakfast, and she sent clear instructions for where to park and how to get in. She was kind and even gave us her cookie recipe when we asked for it! The place was just like the pictures, and the little details made it so great! The oil diffuser, washing machine, iron and ironing board, chocolates, and having the flavors for breakfast that we liked made all the difference. We loved watching the Olympics on the big screen, and appreciated the clear instructions on how to use the projector. We had a wonderful stay, and will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic host. Super private and quiet. Great neighborhood and super close to resorts. Shopping for everything close by. Place was very well done. Hot tub is excellent. Will absolutely return!

Cute bungalow in the Aves- very close to downtown and City Creek park. Love the original art inside and hard wood floors. Everything worked perfectly.

We loved this property. It was roomy, spotless clean, and beds and linens were so comfortable and the location was very convenient to everything. It even had great views of the Utah snow covered mountains.we will definitely request to book this property next year for our annual ski trip. The garage was also wonderful to have as well THANK YOU!!

Austin was a great communicator. He greeted us and gave us a tour of the property and the resort. Lots of amenities. The pizza place was great. The condo was very clean. Austin reached out the morning of our stay to offer an early check in and use of the amenities before our check in and after our check it. He was very flexible even with a booking coming in after us. Beds were comfortable.

Staying at this air bnb was in a convenient location, the hosts were proactive in giving clear instructions to finding the location and check-in/out procedures. It is a basement so sometimes noise from upstairs was a little loud but overall it was perfect for us, clean and had a lot of amenities on site!

This basement apartment was exactly as described. We came to ski at Alta and the location was great for us, plus we were close to restaurants and shops. All things considered, it was a good stay. This was my first time staying in an Airbnb that was shared (I usually rent a whole place to myself), and Peggy was pretty up front that we should expect to hear her and her dog moving around upstairs, which we did from time to time. The thermostat for the basement unit was also upstairs with her, though we were able to use a combination of windows and vents to get our desired temperatures. She makes it pretty clear that she can be messaged regarding adjusting the thermostat, but we never felt the need to.

Might be the first AirB&B I’ve stayed in that is better than the photos and descriptions. The unit is more spacious than it looks in the photos. The beds were so comfortable I can’t even begin to describe it. I slept better here than I ever have in the mountains. It is an easy walk to the cabriolet, but if you want to get your steps in then it’s only a 15-20 minute walk up the hill to canyon village. The only difficulty I had, which was easily remedied, was finding the unit at first. The garage serves 2 buildings and I went into the wrong one, but Holly was really helpful and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again.
