Townhome vacation rentals in Blueys Beach

Great location, stones throw to beach and shops. Clean, tidy and well stocked. My only gripe was that you can’t call the host/local office (Winning Holidays Port Stephens). You are redirected to an offshore call centre who lead you to believe they work in the office when in fact they are overseas and know little to nothing about the property. As a result I had to get in the car and drive to Nelson Bay to talk to someone in the actual office as the lady in the call centre wouldn’t give me the local office number. Other than that, the place was great and I’d definitely recommend.

We had a lovely holiday at Megan’s place. Short walk to the beach, fishing and local shops. Well equipped kitchen and BBQ area. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Nice holiday home for a large group like ours with 9 people. Clean house, with functional accessories (as described) in a quiet location, fairly close to the beaches. It is ideal for a relaxed stay.

Super helpful host easy process to settle in and enjoy our stay. Went above and beyond to assist us with our accomodation needs.

Easy out of town check in near a petrol station; quiet suburban location; very clean but I recommend bringing extra toilet paper and soap for the kitchen/bathroom.

Great location, a short walk to the town with lots of amenities or a short walk to the stunning Dutchman's beach. The only downside was the building site next door who started early... But not a problem if you're an early riser!

Had to pick up keys from Estate Agent. Was given an address but no business name. The shop had no street number and no sign. There is a key safe at the house that could be used. Had to fill out details at Estate The house is quite nice and convenient to both the beach and local shops but on the main thoroughfare between the two. Seemed pretty quite though except the garbage truck. The showers had only limited hot water and worse the shower screens in all three showers are badly worn out and my sister had to get rescued by her husband as the doors jammed closed. Check these are repaired. Kitchen well equipped, all other features were fine.

Great house. Host really reactive when we reported issues with kettle and bbq gas they came and replaced immediately ( less than an hour after reporting) very friendly.

We had a very cosy and wonderful stay at Leanne’s. We were away from the noise and disturbances of hustle and bustle of the city. We felt right at home. The living space and outdoor space was perfect for four adults and one puppy dog. The house is equipped with all our needs. The only issue was the common bathroom upstairs - perhaps the drainage wasn’t working in the shower box as the water wasn’t being drained and spilled out and flooded the bathroom; but it wasn’t a major issue or concern. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay and would consider staying again if and when the opportunity arises. Thank you Leanne for hosting us 😄

Stayed for 5 nights with my wife and 3 young children. The house is lovely and had everything that we needed. Perfect place for a quiet family holiday.

Beautiful place, the pictures don’t do it justice! Plenty of room for 8 people and the sea views from the veranda were lovely

We loved our stay here. Family of 5 adults. The property was roomy and we loved the communal areas. Extremely well presented, clean, stylful and generous pantry stores. We appreciated the welcome gift. Loved morning walk to Merewether beach and ocean baths. I’d love to return.

Tareq was extremely helpful when the room got locked by mistake. Even though it was slightly late at night, he helped us in getting the key. The house is great for a short/long-term stay.

We were really pleasantly surprised when we arrived how well equipped the property was. They really did think of all the little details, down to beach and pool toys of use. We met some lovely locals at the pool which was well enjoyed by all the children in the complex - a pool heater may be of benefit though 🥶 We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hestitate booking again or recommending to others.

We had a lovely time in Carrington, quiet and all you need really close by. Can drive to Newcastle beaches. The house worked well for us as a four person family. The two kids shared a bed but that was no problem. The kitchen was full of everything you needed to cook dinner. Multiple bathrooms was great.

It was a great little trip with the sun out having the beach only 30 seconds away. The kids loved the space inside and out. The area was so peaceful and the locals were very nice and found some great food at Old Bar Tavern

Lovely accommodation and very clean, fits in 6 adults comfortably. At the time of our stay basic kitchen utensils provided, if you plan to do much cooking, be prepared to bring your own cooking oil, sauces. Also bring your own bath/shower needs (shampoo, soap). BYO laundry powder, iron, hairdryer. No AC in the unit, but the breeze helped cool down the place quite quickly. IGA and other amenities shops are just around the corner, and if you want to do kayaking, it's walkable distance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Hemesh

Second time we have stayed at Amanda’s place and it was another fantastic stay in a lovely place. We love all the house amenities and the back deck is such a peaceful gorgeous retreat to relax in after a day at the beach. The house has beautiful decor, lovely bedrooms, lots of linen and cleaning and cooking products. It has one of the best kitchens - like a home away from home. This place is in a great location - walking distance to shops. Tavern and beach. Looking forward to our 3rd stay.
