Vacation rentals with lake access in Bluewater

Perfect spot for a family holiday with my children and my 2-year-old granddaughter. The beach is a two-minute walk away which allowed us not to use the stroller. The house is comfortable, clean and offers all amenities. It was very pleasant.

Matt & Kat’s Nordic getaway home was what we expected and more! They were so friendly, responsive and accommodating. We had an amazing time with our family enjoying the amenities and ambiance. The property is a true gem!

Really nice location. Jason replaced the propane tank in the bbq next day after I messaged about the concern. Only two small criticisms regarding the kitchen amenities. Vegetable peeler is inadequate and the knives do need to be sharpened. Thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Lodge, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with every amenity you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Our host, Tyler, was outstanding. From the moment we booked, Tyler was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing detailed information about the property and the surrounding area. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Lambton Shores.

Our stay overall was great! The place was exactly like the photos - clean and a perfect size space for 2 couples. The host was very clear and specific with instructions and what was/wasn’t included with the stay. The hot tub was a great bonus.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Galyna's beautiful home! The moment we walked in, we were struck by the warmth and brightness of the space. The home was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home. But what really made our stay special was Galyna's exceptional hospitality. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect too - just a short drive or leisurely walk to a beautiful and famiky-oriented private beach, where we could relax and enjoy the sun, sand, and the water in peace. Plus, being close to the supermarket and restaurants was a bonus! My family and I highly recommend Galyna's home to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. This was a lovely, comfortable place to stay for a party of four during our week in Stratford. We were able to walk and bike to all the theatres and restaurants and we made good use of the kitchen for most of our meals. We really enjoyed the homelike atmosphere and interactions with a gracious, accommodating host.

We travel to Stratford every year and have done so for about 30 years. We have stayed in a variety of accommodations over the years! We prefer Air BnBs over hotels, and because we travel in a group (we were 8), this location matched our needs perfectly. We like to park the car when we arrive and not use it again until we leave (Stratford is fantastically walkable) -- no problem! We like to try different restaurants -- the location is perfect for that (and for attending theatre). We're close family, but we also like some alone time -- with four bedrooms for 8 people, this apartment offered that! The apartment was large, open and bright with basic amenities suitable for our 2 night stay. The beds were comfortable, and the shared areas were roomy enough for us to gather. The hosts were amazingly responsive -- they provided detailed and accurate info ahead of time, and quickly answered our questions.

Louise went above and beyond for my bachelorette party / wedding weekend!! She was the best host I have ever had and I couldn’t have imagined a better weekend! I am very glad we booked with her!! It was our first trip to Canada from Ohio and we had a great stay at Wayne and Catherine’s place. Their communication was quick and clear. The place was so clean and had plenty of towels, beach towels, toiletries, and even bug spray. My daughters appreciated the board games and beach toys. Despite years of staying at Airbnbs, this was our first time staying while the owners shared the house and we had a positive experience. They gave us space and privacy while being available for questions. They had a tent and beach chairs setup for us. They were accommodating and so kind! We had rain all weekend but still had such a relaxing time. We drove to Grand Bend for lunch and my daughters wanted to go back to the Airbnb and play at the beach. There was a wedding nearby when we arrived and we got to watch the fireworks. We created great memories here. Thank you Wayne and Catherine!

This is a basement apartment Airbnb, which I usually try to avoid, as we have experienced a basement Airbnb where we could hear every word the owners above us were saying. But this basement Airbnb we could not hear anything above us, so it was private. There is a soaking tub/shower with a rain shower shower head. The tub/shower, being a soaking tub, is high to get in and out of. But it has excellent water pressure. The bathroom is not right next to the bedrooms. We always bring our own nightlights in case this is the case. So, with the tall tub and bathroom not near the main bedroom, I am not sure I would recommend it for older people such as ourselves, but for a younger person, it would be perfect.

The room was as beautiful and charming as it looks on the listing. Brett is a very thorough host who has anticipated guest needs in advance and communicates them before you even arrive. Beautiful area, close to the theatres and restaurants.

We really enjoyed Matt’s place, lots of space and good for a family! It has a fenced in back yard which was great with the dog! The beach is hard to access only because the stairs were not working at this time and the path is challenging for anyone with any mobility issues but once the stairs are working then it will be good! We would definitely stay again

Great cottage! Perfect for a family getaway. We enjoyed the beautiful beach which was a short walk away and the lovely yard. We had several bonfires and enjoyed the cozy cottage environment. Wonderful stay!

The cottage was perfectly quaint and so cozy! Exactly what we were looking for - a place to relax, read, and walk along the beach. We stayed 3 nights in early November, so we cozied up inside mostly, but I could see spending more time down on the beach during summer. The uninterrupted view of the horizon is incredible! (FYI, there are ~100 stairs down to the beach, but it's worth it) Bayfield and Goderich are very close, both delightful towns to spend an afternoon walking around in, visiting the local shops. I would not hesitate to come back again, we felt we very rejuvenated after our long weekend here.

Always a wonderful experience staying here (third time!). Clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay. Randy is accommodating and easy to get ahold of for any questions or concerns as well. Looking forward to future stays here!

We had a great time at this cottage and was able to fit quite a few people. Spacious, clean, more than what we asked for. Examples- wash cloths, spices, dishes, seating, bedding. So worth it and we will be coming back!

My family loved the place. We spent Thanksgiving here and it was the best decision. It's kids friendly and also have a lot of sitting areas for family fun. It's also very spacious so you don't feel like you are in anyone's space. Would stay here again.

The cottage was very inviting and comfortable. Was there 3weeks and Jayson was very attentive to make sure I had everything I needed. I felt right at home. Would be a great spot to enjoy in the summertime.
