Location! Have the best of both worlds and stay at Grandma's house in "Little" Washington, 22747. Grandma's is only a short walk to the center of the village and the famous "The Inn at Little Washington" (1/4 mile to be exact) but has privacy and is peacefully surrounded by beautiful mountain and countryside views. Grandma's house is clean, quaint and offers high quality furnishings in comparison at value rates! And yes, Grandma is now tech savvy with Comcast xfinity high-speed internet. :)

Oleksandr was a joy to work with, very accommodating, went above & beyond. He put salt out on the ice for our protection & safety, allowed us to use the washer & dryer, adjusted the thermostat to meet our needs. The space is very well decorated & super cozy, does not feel like a basement at all! The walkway and porch is well lit and looks out onto a wonderful yard. Wonderful space, well worth the stay! Only a short drive to the nearest metro station, very convenient. One thing we wish would’ve been different but it’s not a gripe nor a necessity…we wished the TVs in the bedrooms worked. If in Virginia or DC again, we will definitely stay here! A+++++

Our group of friends recently stayed at this beautiful property in Warrenton, VA, and it was absolutely perfect for us. The house had everything we needed—plenty of space, comfortable beds, and well-appointed common areas where we could all hang out together. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out very easy! Would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Thos home was so perfect for myself and six of my family members. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean and really well put together. The beds were so comfortable and the host was super responsive. I don't have anything negative to say about our experience at all. The area is super close to a large shopping area so it was easy to get to food and anything else we needed.

Simply WOW! I don’t think the pictures quite did this home justice. It really is truly to see is to believe. Beautiful home with gorgeous and peaceful views. David and Suzanne were very responsive and gave clear guidance. The home had everything you needed and the very detailed considerations were so thoughtful. I have stayed at many AirBnbs and this was one of my most enjoyable experiences all the way around. Highly recommend!

Lesley is a great host who gave us clear instructions for getting in and parking which was very helpful. The area is really neat. This is a fun, convenient, and clean stay to experience Martinsburg and the surrounding areas. She even gladly helped us re-book when we last minute decided to stay longer to check out Harper’s Ferry! With all the help and local recommendations we would absolutely recommend.

It’s an amazing stay, will go back again. I made it there with my front wheel drive sedan, but I would suggest going with a high clearance AWD SUV. I was lucky with the dry dirt and gravel road at the time I was there so I didnt get stuck, but I think it did hurt my car’s suspension a little bit lol Other than that, place is really cozy, comfy, peaceful, more than amazing views and really private.

I’d say this was a 4.5 that I’ll round up on. The place itself was great and easy walk to Shepherstown, easy drive to lots of good hiking. Loved the dog friendly yard! Eric was communicative and let us check in and out early. The toilet did not flush very well but I assume that’s an issue with the old septic. There is a train nearby which was very loud at night - so make sure you bring your earplugs!
