Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Blue Ridge Lake

Perfect weekend. The place was cozy and clean. Deer stopping by every night for some acorns along with a beautiful sunset in the back deck were an added bonus!

Nick's place was just as described we really enjoyed our stay. We cook a lot and were very surprised how well equipped the kitchen was. All of the beds were very comfortable with quality mattresses!! He had extra heaters which was great and plenty of blankets. A lot of nice big streaming tv's all the comforts of home. Nick was very responsive he is a 5 star host. Now for the arcade.... we had so much fun playing in the arcade downstairs. I grew up playing and hanging out at arcades so I had a blast and so did my adult son and his friends . We definitely plan to come back!!! We have spent a lot of time in the mountains the last 20 years for long stretches of time, this was definitely one of our favorite places. The basement really was a game changer. Thanks again for everything!

I was concerned about my small dog being able to go out the back door around the porch and going down the front steps. Not to worry it is blocked off at the front with fencing and she was absolutely secured. Never traveled with a pet before and picked this house because of the fencing and yard. It was perfect! Maggie had a great time running and sniffing everthing while safe. Good tv, wifi and cell service. Great privacy and seclusion while being close to major roads to anywhere. Most common necessities stocked in the kitchen with Ingels and Walmart close. We certainly would stay there again and glad we stayed there this time. Thanks Wanda! Ken, Joanne and Maggie.

This has to be one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. It was exceptionally clean and the host thought of all the details. The light switches are labeled and sound machines, phone chargers, toothbrushes, disinfectant wipes and all necessary items for a little one(including Babyganics bath wash!) are provided, too! Staying here made mom’s first time traveling with her infant a breeze. It was equally reassuring how clean and inviting the place was. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful spot--along the Sellers Creek--in the heart of Enchanted Valley allows for the quiet and calm of the surrounding foothills and mountains of northeast Georgia. With proximity to the Young Harris campus and all that Hiawassee and Brasstown, North Carolina have to offer, we loved our stay. Nancy and David were incredibly kind and responsive and helpful throughout.

Lovely house. Beautiful views. Close to several towns we want to visit. Unusual to find so many bedrooms and bathrooms. We were four women and had a bathroom each! Highly recommend. We would stay here again.

Incredibly friendly and helpful host with a beautiful house located in a private area. Very short drive to get anywhere local, and a lot of nice hiking areas close by. I wholeheartedly recommend this location for anyone looking for a quiet retreat in the mountains.

house was spacious with beautiful view out the kitchen window. watched deer walking through the back while washing dishes and cooking breakfast. the fire pit was fun to hang around. host responds right away and checks in with you to be sure check-in went OK. would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was mega comfortable. It was just a short walk to the town square so we didn't have to worry about parking the car. The owners thought of everything...water in the fridge, toiletries in case you forgot yours, coffee K-cup maker as well as a regular coffee maker, etc. You could tell that they really went out of their way to make things comfortable and that you had all you needed. I would recommend staying here.

It was a wonderful place to stay it’s way back off the road it was quite and comfortable and they was the nicest people was really carrying and made us feel right at home would definitely stay there again

Beautiful views and I loved the Christmas decorations! The private porch area was perfect. It was private, but very close to town.

Our stay at Greg, Karen, and Coco's had all the fixings of top shelf southern hospitality for no additional fee, we arrived on Thanksgiving Day with the warmest welcome, along with a bottle of champagne, the most delicious homemade cake, AND they invited us for a plate of ahhhmazing Thanksgiving dinner where every dish was to die for! Attention to the details are a standout for this cabin of comfort, anything you needed was already there, and if it wasn't, they made every effort to accommodate. As a couples retreat our priority was privacy. Although they also call this home, they let it be known that a respect of privacy was a priority. Never did we feel crowded with them home. The "Mac Daddy" hot tub was a big seller for us, they gave us the full rundown on its usage, and we felt comfortable with its privacy whenever we wanted to use it. The magical memories will last a lifetime! Thanks "y'all"! We definitely would love to visit this little gem once again sooner than later!

Our family absolutely loved our stay at Steve and Penny’s place! It’s located in such a beautiful area. It was immaculately clean with a nice roomy, yet cozy, layout. We felt very much at home. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch and soaking up the beautiful view. Steve was very communicative, friendly and informative about the area! He made sure that we had everything that we needed, and was available if needed. He was also kind enough to share some fresh eggs with us, and also had fresh ground coffee. We will definitely be staying with Steve and Penny again, and highly recommend their place! They were excellent hosts and their place is just perfect!

The spot was awesome. Walking distance to the road with activities and the river. But you also felt tucked away in the woods. Scott was an awesome host. Responsive to texts and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend

Loved staying in the heart of downtown Ellijay at this adorable property! We felt right at home and had everything we needed. We were able to walk and explore the shops and restaurants. We were even treated to a front row seat at the Veterans Day parade. Hope to come back to charming Ellijay.

The place was clean, cozy, and absolutely exceeded our expectations. The photos don’t do it justice! The property was gorgeous and we even got to feed the trout off of the bridge! The hosts checked in on us on our first day to make sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking to hike, there are plenty of good hikes within 20ish minutes of the place which was super convenient. It was the perfect place for a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. We loved every minute!

Loved loved loved this condo! We will be booking again and coming back with family. The bedrooms were spacious and both large with large bathrooms. Extremely spacious for two couples and maybe a kid or two :) the place was extremely clean. Only suggestion I have is to extend check out to 11 so you can get a reservation at the black sheep down the road on your way out of town! They did extend this for us and we were grateful!

William’s place is beautiful and in a great location for shopping and dining. The master shower is spacious and fantastic. The beds were very comfortable. The only fault we found was during our stay the rental above us had multiple children and you could hear every step they took and even their conversations at times. Other than that we had a great stay.

The location of this spot is ideal to be near trails, or casino. Grocery store and restaurants are within 5 miles. The home is cozy and quiet. Enjoyed a restful weekend while feeling like we were home Thanks Wendy

Two couples enjoying Thanksgiving week in Blue Ridge…… We checked in late evening which was seamless. Parking very close to entry. The condo is very nicely appointed, the beds are comfy, and nice showers and closet system. The only thing that could be construed as a negative is the foot noise from the upper floors. But that would not deter me from renting again.

Wendy was the best! Very responsive to any questions, gave great recommendations for dining and enjoying the city and has a genuinely kind heart! Truly exceeded our expectations!
