Vacation rentals with breakfast in Blue Mountains

This is one of our favourite Airbnb’s and is our second stay at Paula’s place. Such a comfortable, well equipped place and she has thought of everything. My son loves the cereal dispensers and treats she leaves for guests. Thanks again Paula.

Whispering Trees was exactly what we needed to relax. The place was big and we didn't mind spending most of our stay indoors because it rained. The breakfast was filling enough. The rocky road and apple pie were pleasant treats! It really felt like a home away from home. Thanks, Elizabeth.

It was a truly enjoyable stay. The surroundings were stunning and serene, and Denise was such a welcoming host. I look forward to returning in the future.

We had a great 3 week stay at Tom's Airbnb. It was central to where we needed to be and was very spacious, light and airy. We enjoyed the indoor greenery with the 20-plus leafy plants throughout. Loved the beautiful bathroom which is quite new, with double shower heads at each end, plus a bath. The 14 stairs at the front were a bit of a challenge, but that was all to do with my mobility issues. Tom was very upfront about the stairs, and extremely kindly allowed us to park our car next to the stairs to give me easier access. His mum Lorraine, who lives in the adjoining unit, was extremely friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for her. The front terrace was a lovely sunny spot to sit. I'm used to having a clothes dryer for ensuring fluffy towels, but thankfully the front terrace was a great area to have our washing dry on the clothes airers provided, even if the towels weren't fluffy. Whilst there was no dishwasher, it wasn't a major issue to wash up by hand.

Rebecca's airbnb has been the best I have stayed at by far! The home was perfect - clean, fantastic amenities, very modern, everything you need for a stay and layout very well thought out. Stayed with my husband, mum and our 1 year old son, portacot and high chair were ready - the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast hamper and fruit bowl on arrival was very thoughtful and we used the bbq on Christmas morning. The backyard was great for our little one to crawl around and the games room was so fun! Rebecca even left xmas choccies for us and a teddy for our son - very special! Cannot recommend enough and would definately return to stay again.

Wow. Kim's place was spacious and well appointed. Had everything we needed and tons of space. Easy to get to. We loved it.

The property is very comfortable, and its design is gorgeous. Dini is so friendly and provides everything that may be needed thoughtfully. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Sydney.

This Airbnb was the perfect base for our Sydney trip! We loved being just a short walk from the city, with countless amazing cafes and restaurants right on our doorstep. Getting around was incredibly convenient thanks to the abundance of nearby public transport. The apartment itself was comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the partial Sydney Harbour views and the lovely cooling breeze on the balcony. It was also wonderful finding such a great spot that welcomed our dog, who had a brilliant time on the local coastal park walks. A top choice for convenience and city living!

Great location and comfortable pleasant stay. All amenities you need, a very clean, tidy space, modern kitchen, Tv in both living and bedroom a plus. Lovely, cosy budget accommodation. We absolutely loved the fast internet and good strong shower. We were super comfortable as the location was relaxing and Alan really looked after us. Thank you Alan and Ruth! The eggs were delicious!

Enjoyed our brief stay. Very close to cafes, shops and restaurants as well as the beach. Wifi was excellent too as my husband relied on it to do some remote work. We found this apartment very comfortable. Thekla was a wonderful host and even made us a loaf of Artisan bread! Thank you!

We loved the location in among sub-tropical bush; very quiet, lots of birds. The view of Pittwater from the living area was just so lovely. We had great times strolling on the beach at Clareville and swimming and walking the beach at Palm Beach. We dined at the Clareville which is a beautiful restaurant , great staff and superb food. The apartment is compact with dining, cooking, lounge and bathroom all on the entrance level and the main bedroom down some stairs. We didn't use the second bed which is up some steep stairs in a mezzanine space. Guy was very efficient and arranged everything very well. We didn't meet him but he reached out to us several times during the 6 nights we were there to ensure we were ok.

We had a beautiful time at Allan's. The apartment was excellent and incredibly clean. It is worth noting that it is situated on a main road and the walk to the beaches and restaurants is steep but these small inconveniences are reflected in the price. Allan was an excellent host and we would happily visit again.

Excellent stay at Trevor and Karen’s place. A quiet residential location with only a short drive from Shellharbour village and Shell Cove. Driveway parking and a private outdoor area are a bonus. Instructions and entry were clear and easy to follow. Trevor and Karen have thought of everything for a short or longer stay. Included were a bottle of wine, cheese and biscuits, breakfast cereals, milk, juice and yoghurt, washing machine and clothes rack. The room size is spacious, well organised and super clean, with facilities to prepare your own meals if needed. Highly recommend for any visit to the Shellharbour area.

Our nearly one-month long stay at this AirBnB was an exceptional experience. From the seamless check-in to the incredibly responsive and attentive hosts, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was not only clean and safe, but also made us feel right at home. We particularly appreciated the weekly housekeeping and the thoughtful replenishment of kitchen supplies. We’ll definitely be returning! A huge thank you to Jeff and Todd for making our stay so memorable!

The stay was cosy and breakfast was provided. The bacon and eggs were delicious and much appreciated for the long Easter weekend, as most restaurants were closed or booked out. The dogs, Molly and Sam, are adorable and would visit the studio whenever they smelled bacon. Sam in particular was a rascal who could slide open the screen door for attention, but it was good fun. Beautiful place with so many details to make you feel right at home. Great local breakkie including farm eggs, local bacon, organic granola, biscuits, milk, spreads, coffee tea and a bottle of wine with chocolates. I love when hosts go the extra mile to make your stay special. Beds very comfy, each room had its own private ensuite bathroom. Surroundings are very peaceful. Only con is that the place has no internet reception. Host advised this in advance, but is worth noting. Great stay!

This is the second mini break we've enjoyed at Neil and Jane's. Waking up to the bird song in the private accommodation is just wonderful. The weather was sublime, as was the ocean, which is a stone's throw away. The after swim shower is a highlight. Fresh fruit and croissants for breakfast and a bottle of red made our stay all the more welcoming. And the hosts - just lovely. We'll be back soon!
