Fantastic stay a Catherine’s. House is spacious and comfortable and was spotless upon arrival. Great location. Easily walkable to Main St. with its many bars, restaurants and coffee shops. And an easy walk to the train to downtown Philly. Parking is a bit of an issue if you have more than one car, but we always managed to find a spot within walking distance. Our family had a great time here. Would definitely book it again!

Overall very nice place to stay. Convenient location near to Bryn Mawr College and downtown. The apartment was clean and comfy. Dave was very responsive whenever we needed help and responded almost immediately, which was especially helpful when my 18-yo daughter got locked inside her bedroom accidentally (the lock on the door probably should be replaced). Dave coached us over the phone on how the gently jimmy the door without breaking anything.

I enjoyed very much Jerry Luke house / duplex . Although only went to sleep mostly it was very peaceful . Definitely recommend this house if anyone wants comfort and peace and accessible to the historic district . Fell very blessed to have a 3 day stay in someone else’s house that felt like my own . This place was wonderful! Went for a weekend with my dogs and boyfriend to see family and stayed here! The house was very clean when we arrived and the host left us some wine and snacks which was very nice after a long day of traveling! The outside is beautiful as well and our dogs loved the yard! Would reccomend this place to anyone staying in the area!

Andrea's cottage was the highlight of our weekend getaway. It was beautiful, cozy, and well-curated. The wood burning fireplace was perfect for a relaxing evening at home, and the property was in a great location - close to downtown but also quiet and private. Andrea was a very inviting host. She gave great recommendations for places to check out downtown, and had the kitchen stocked with the assortment of tea/coffee/snacks. We highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. I had tickets to a show at the Academy of Music. It was a quick walk there. Plenty of great restaurants nearby, and there was plenty of space for my entire family of four. There was no elevator, so it was a little bit of a hassle to carry our luggage up the stairs when we checked in, but it was worth it.

the decor is fabulous! the bed was extremely comfortable. the area is perfect. walking distance to lots of shops, bars, eateries, etc. little to no insulation in this particular unit, making surrounding noises heard clearly, but normally i can sleep through anything. keep the bedroom door closed bc it gets quite frigid in the kitchen/dining area. otherwise the place is a perfect stay & i would stay again!

This place is lovely! The host is responsive and helpful. The hot tub is a real plus - with the outdoor heater on, we enjoyed using it even though it was sleeting outside (too stormy to try the beautiful fire pit). The house and location are beautiful and spotless. The furnishings are luxe and comfortable. Awkward eating space options - no dining table or large kitchen table. It was unexpected that some of the listed beds are sofas and sofa beds in common rooms, including some of the only beds available when you have booked it for fewer guests. (The larger of two bedrooms and second bathroom are a second locked space that I was glad to access.) It may fit as many people as they listed if everyone shares beds, but not all privately or in actual bedrooms. If I'd had all eight single adult guests, like I paid for, the sleeping and dinner arrangements would have been more problematic. As it happened, overall a great, cozy experience despite unexpected bad weather.

My goal was to decompress and wander to look at homes possibly to purchase. So easy to walk - roads easy to follow between Main Street and river. So many green walks and parks but best are the historic homes.

Marja’s place is excellent, I wish I could have stayed longer. The place itself was super cute and exactly like the pictures/description. There are other residents in the building, but the apartment is on a floor by itself which makes it feel more private. Marja was really easy to communicate with and was flexible with both check- in and check-out which really helped make my trip stress free. The location was close to the Wissahickon Park which was exactly what I was looking for and I really enjoyed going to the Germantown Weavers Way Co-Op for food.

John was very responsive and accommodating. The location just a few blocks away from downtown Kennett Square can’t be beat! The house was well equipped, and quite charming. The beds were new and comfortable, and the linens were top-notch! The stairs to the upstairs and the attic are narrow and twisty, but easily navigable for the young and healthy. It might be worth taking into consideration if anyone in your party is not the steadiest on their feet. The large attic bedroom was especially cute! I think children would love staying up there - it’s a great space!

Easily the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The hosts were extremely hospitable and kind which made our amazing trip 10x better. The unit is so cute — wonderful view, high ceilings, great lighting, perfectly decorated and an awesome layout. The location was incredible and we were able to walk the entire city from there. I highly recommend this place, I honestly wish I could live in that apartment!

We loved our extended stay here. Bare bones house but exactly what was pictured. The shower in the en-suite is fantastic. I would only change the window treatments in the main bedroom they are too small to actually block the sun. Also the pool table is not full size and there are no tables to put drinks on etc. bring your own mugs too. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again. Thank you!

We were visiting family in the neighborhood and friends in the area and Joshua's place was perfect for us. It was spacious, clean and had beautiful surroundings. Joshua was also very responsive every time we had questions. We would definitely want to stay there again next time we're visiting if it's available.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is roomy and well maintained. The bed is incredibly comfortable too. If you are not driving, many sites of interest are a subway ride away, Uber or within walking distance. The place is on one of the major streets in Philadelphia, so everything is close. Would definitely stay here again.

We we're looking for a place to accommodate our family get together this year and picked PA. We were so lucky to find John and Tayla listing. the house was perfect. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. John & Tayla was so friendly and help with our questions. The neighborhood was very quiet. The back yard is spacious and came in handy for the kids, dog and Easter hunt. The basement was a great hit with kids, they spent a lot a time playing pool.. We had a great time and made some memories. Oh and the beds were super comfy. We would definitely go back. Thank you so much...
