Best stay ever

Lisa was an excellent host and the cabin was a peaceful getaway. We celebrated Thanksgiving at her cabin and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and basic amenities, so no need to bring your own cooking equipment or utensils unless you prefer using your own set of knives or cast iron skillets, etc. The cabin is huge and we got lost at the first walkthrough and with 6 people, there was still plenty of privacy. The only critique we have is that some areas/rooms don’t heat up as efficiently as other areas but the cabin supplies plenty of space heaters to help accommodate this issue as long as you know how to use them. All in all, we would definitely visit again!

Jenna’s place is great! We had zero issues and will stay again when in the area!

Had such a lovely Thanksgiving in the house! It felt like home, and the Christmas decorations were lovely (and not intrusive). It was a festive and fun vacation! My husband uses a wheelchair and we really appreciated the ramp and wide doorways. Toilet access was a little tight but we made it work and had a great time!

the house was located near Bluefield college and University. We had family night with Scrabble and Monopoly by the fireplace. Thanks again for letting us stay In your lovely home. I will probably be back again to visit my daughter in college this winter or spring.

Just an outstanding stopoff point for this retiree and dog as we trekked from way up north to South Carolina. Less than five minutes from Interstate 77. Will not hesitate to stopoff again!

This is our second time staying at this cabin and it was just as amazing as the first time!! Very secluded and peaceful. Also super accommodating to pet owners as well which is our big selling point. This place is truly perfect and a nice hidden gem. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone!

An amazingly picturesque location as the leaves changed! The studio cabin was a perfect size for 2 adults. We enjoyed exploring Big Walker Lookout and the ever-so-interesting restaurant/bar/garden/gift shop that is Log House 1776 Restaurant in Wytheville. Venture up to Pearisburg and hike Cascade Falls if you have time!

Absolutely beautiful and quiet place! The views were gorgeous and the little free roam chickens and 1 duck were super friendly! The bed was absolutely comfortable! My partner & I agree that it’s more comfortable than our bed back home! The host is super friendly and responsive! We didn’t have too many questions but did enjoy a little chat about his hunting trip! My partner said he would love to go hunting with him next time!! This bus makes me want to convert a bus just to travel. Everything about this stay was just magical. We walked in and the tv had a fireplace playing. The bathroom was small but not a problem! The toiletry was a different take but wasn’t as bad as I thought! Definitely a unique toilet and absolutely 100% would stay again. I HIGHLY recommend this place! The fire at night and the peaceful morning is just so perfect! I can’t wait to come back again. Everything we needed was within close driving distance. Words are enough to describe this peaceful experience! 💕
