Jeanette's place was absolutely perfect. We were visiting Dripping Springs for a wedding and the location was great. The house was very clean,nicely furnished with plenty of extras. Jeanette thought of everything! Oh and most importantly,the beds were comfy

10/10 would definitely recommend! The hosts were quick and so easy to talk with, and the home was just absolutely gorgeous. The inside and outside gave such a great and unique impression that screamed “Welcome to Texas”, and the beds were so clean and comfortable. There wasn’t a single issue, and my group was very satisfied with everything. The location is perfect if you’re trying to get to San Antonio or Austin, and Canyon Lake is not from the property. It was a little chilly during my visit, but that didn’t stop me from enjoying my favorite part of the home, which was the balcony. It was relaxing and so tranquil, and each level had its only balcony. When I’m back in this part of Texas again, I will MOST CERTAINLY book again without hesitation!

Beautiful location, very clean and felt right at home. The condo was quiet, never heard any neighbors or loud outside noise. Kathryn had excellent communication before and during our stay at the condo. She gave very clear and simple instructions, making things very easy to figure out. The location was perfect for our vacation to Austin. It was a short drive to downtown Austin, as well as an easy drive to San Antonio and Waco. It was nice to stay a little outside of the city to be away from the hustle and bustle, while enjoying the beautiful scenery of the lake and the wildlife all around the condo location.

For a beautiful lake & pool view, this is your place. The sunset, fields of bluebonnets & deer were breath-taking. The condo is spacious, has modern upgrades, & was very clean. We had plenty of towels, and the bathrooms were stocked w/ hand soap, toilet ppr, shamp., condit., and body wash (though we still brought our own). In the pantry, were a few basics like oil, seasoning, sugar & foil. In addition to the keurig, was a standard drip coffeemaker. There were also ppr towels, dish soap, sponge, and trash bags.  If you're looking for a great spot to eat, there aren't many choices near this remote location, but we really enjoyed the food trucks a few miles away (Wylie's), as well as The Bunker Bar & Grille. We loved the pools & hot tubs, and the property in general. We discovered something new everyday just by walking around & exploring. The internet is 50M up/down if that matters. Lovely property! I'm glad we got to experience the hill country at a scenic & quiet location. Great host:)

Delyn was managing our stay and she was a fantastic host! She brought my kiddos cookies from Crumbl for no reason. Just a surprise drop off then a text letting us know it was there. I asked for hangers, she went to Walmart and bought them, again dropping them off then texting letting us know they were there. The house was clean, organized and was easy to make it a home away from home.

THE BEST AIRBNB WE HAVE STAYED AT. We were all very impressed with this home!! Beautiful views, very clean rooms, kitchen was loaded, the gas stove was very awesome, the hot tub was nice and warm upon arrival. We didn’t even leave the home, it was so cozy. The music connection outdoors was nice too! The infinity pool was very nice with an amazing view. The host was very responsive and made sure to accommodate us, we will definitely be back 😍

The place was very cute. I loved the location. It was close to Fredericksburg, but still far enough to be quiet. The place was clean and exactly as described. I enjoyed the coffee that was provided as well. The host was very responsive and quick to communicate. I would love to stay here again.

Me and my family stayed here. It was not our first time here. We love this place so much and we look forward to coming back again!!! The bungalow was perfect for our family of eight. Everything about it was just awesome. I will always recommend this place

Easily one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. The place was immaculately clean and super peaceful. And her recommendations for local help like for renting a boat and a private chef were spot on. Will absolutely stay again!
