Ideal place where I was able to organize my partner's 30th birthday. The room is large and the semi-open kitchen allows for a great convenient space for a friendly evening. All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms so great for guests. Annabelle is very friendly and accommodating, I would recommend!

the house was spotless decorated with taste and super clean, there was everything you need and more! The place is quietly located, which allowed us to spend good restful nights ( even in summer), the setting is splendid! we will come back without hesitation! a big thank you for your hospitality Sonia!

There were two of us, we spent a month there for studying , and everything went very well: the accommodation is functional and well organized, and Arnaud and Marie are very welcoming and available. In addition , the accommodation is well located (shops , bus, metro, higher education establishments, etc.) which is very convenient.

We stayed at Mickael's place, and we enjoyed this beautiful and tastefully renovated home. Nice equipment regarding the kitchen, very nice living room, and bedrooms with very good quality regarding bedding. We had very good communication with Mickael, taking care of his hosts. We spent 4 days in Toulouse and chose this accommodation. Everything was spotless, super tidy, and thoughtful down to the last detail. Also, its location is excellent, just a 10-12 minute walk from the center. I definitely recommend it. The host is lovely, always responds instantly and is very friendly.

Very nice accommodation. Large screen TV with Netflix, small desk to work, intimate lighting, complete amenities for cooking and a pleasant stay. Large terrace. Tram nearby and private parking and/ or in front of the accommodation. Top-notch check-in and check-out formalities. I would this property.

We truly enjoyed our stay in lovely Toulouse. The location is fantastic - in the epicentre of the city. The flat was very clean and spacious and Laurence and Pierre are wonderful hosts.

Very comfortable and very clean apartment, in a small secure and secure residence, in a very quiet area. A Carrefour City as well as a laundromat, boulangerie, pharmacy, post office, are a 10-minute walk away. Ideal location with line bus stops serving key points of the city at the foot of the residence, the advantage of a very peaceful neighborhood as a bonus.
