We loved the apartment. Great restaurants, easily walkable to all of M Street. This location is absolutely unbeatable for Georgetown.

The house is spacious and well-equipped.Great value for the price. The nearest convenience store is only a few walk away. The downtown area will be less than 10 mins drive. no private parking but it is easy to find parking on the next street. If I come back next time, I will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay! The location was absolutely perfect for anyone hopping between DC and Virginia—super convenient and easy to navigate. The host was incredible—truly a host with a heart. Great stay. Hosts were most gracious and the place was charming. Parking with the permit on the street was so convenient! We appreciated the snacks upon arrival. Loved the coffee maker and good coffee. I would stay again.

Great place in a cute residential area with many classic DC rowhouses. As other reviewers have pointed out, the ceilings are somewhat low but were totally manageable by me (6 ft 2 in). The queen bed was comfortable and I appreciated the Bose bluetooth speaker in the apartment, which I used for white noise at night. The hard floor has an interesting texture, unlike anything I've seen in an interior space. I used the street parking one night - it was pretty easy to find a spot very near the house on a Sun night in December. Overall, this place is a great value in the otherwise expensive DC area.

I checked in for an original 5 days stay that turned into a nearly 10 days stay and each time I needed to extend my stay Nhi responded immediately and was gracious enough to do so. Communication was great, anything I needed was attended to, and I would stay with Nhi as my host ANYTIME. Thank you Nhi!

The house is charming and beautiful. Its on a magnificent tree lined street. We found parking without any issues and didn't have to move it all weekend. We walked everywhere. Our hosts Maggie and Scott were fabluous and always available. Looking forward to our next visit to DC.

Henok’s stay was absolutely as described. It was very spacious yet cozy space for our family. 2 bedrooms: 1 king size & 1 queen size bed. 1 shared bathroom that was very nice and clean. Appliances were updated, home was clean and comfortable couch. Attached laundry room to space. This is a shared space as this is the bottom space/“back house”. Private seperate entrance/paved walkway with no issues. Would love to visit again and see what this surrounding city has to offer.

Great location, quite neighborhood. Rooms were spacious and clean. Gorgeous walk in showers. We really enjoyed the back patio and grill setup too. Andy was very communicative and responsive. We have a group that plays golf up here twice a year and will continue to book this place going forward.

We got into the house and everything was exactly like it looked in the pictures. Everything was clean and simple. Everything you could need is right down the street. We ended up having a snow storm while we were there and they thankfully had shovels and brushes to clear the snow. Everything was perfect for our short stay.

Had a nice stay at Millian’s place. He was responsive and accommodating. The place was perfect for our needs. A quiet location near shops and restaurants.

I had a very pleasant 3-night stay at Celia's lovely apartment in a nice residential neighborhood. The place was clean, super comfortable (bed and couch), and beautifully decorated without being cluttered. The kitchen was equipped with everything one could need, and I appreciated the fruit and nuts left out for guests! I happened to stay during freezing weather, and was impressed with how well and how quickly the baseboard heaters make the apartment nice and cozy. Location was great, too: a quick walk from the building leads to a Metro station just a few stops away from the Mall and other points of interest. Best of all, Celia was a fantastic communicator and gave excellent instructions throughout my stay. I only regret that I couldn't stay for a month to dig into the amazing library on the bookshelves!! I hope to return to this wonderful find, to do just that. Thank you Celia!

Lovely lovely place! Beautiful furniture and set up. Everything was as pictured and just a great place for a girls trip. The “Good vibez” wall was such a great plus and a big hit. The beds were super comfortable. The amenities were convenient. The dryer came in handy a few times for sure! The neighbors around were friendly.l. We spent a lot of time outside just enjoying the weather. There isn’t anything bad I can say really. I guess there were a lot of sirens at random times but being from NY, that doesn’t even faze me. Nesha thank you so much for hosting a lovely place. I would love love LOVE to stay again!

The property is really nice and everything was super clean. Super easy finding our way down into the condo. The common space and bedrooms were nicely decorated and we appreciated the coffee machine! 😊

The Daisy was such a sweet little place for our family to stay! The little shops and restaurants in downtown Occoquan were also so fun to visit! The park down the street was a super short walk and so cute!

Due to the recent snow storm, we extended our stay to nearly two weeks. Willie and his partner were exceptional hosts. After the snow, they ensured the walkways were shoveled and salted, and they responded to inquiries and requests within minutes. The property is in a residential neighborhood and looks exactly as listed. The area is safe, walkable, and centrally located for ease of access to the Metro, DC/local sites, local eateries, Whole Foods and other markets, and general shopping. If you're a runner/walker, like myself, parks and trails are nearby. Several reviews mentioned noise levels, but we did not experience any disturbances of any kind. I will definitely stay in one of Willie's places the next time we need accommodations.
