We were very comfortable in their modern home with everything we needed. The great weather meant we had lots of beach time, only a few minutes walk away and warm nights sitting on the deck.

Great place to stay. Plenty of ammenities, clean and above all pet friendly. Jetty, pub and beach are all in easy walking distance. All communication was clear and prompt with hassle free check in and check out. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay for just over a week & it accommodated all our needs. It was a great base to access everything we did around Adelaide & was so close to the city - it was perfect! We had 6 people in our group & everyone had their own space - the 2 bathrooms were so handy! The neighbourhood was beautiful & so quiet. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! Fantastic house with old school charm. Very well appointed with all modern cons. Parking pass was a godsend for access to spaces. Easy to use wifi, great instructions for laundry and plenty of space! Beds were super comfy and screens protected against the insects. We will definitely put this on our list for future visits.

Such a great little house in a great location. Perfect for our family Christmas getaway with the dogs! Very well stocked house, nice big backyard, multiple entertaining areas. Perfect ducted AC for hot summer days. 5 minute walk down to the beach, drive on beach just 3 minutes away by car. Can’t fault our stay, had a fantastic time.

A Perfect Home Away From Home! I recently had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful house for three days, and I can't say enough good things about the experience! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how incredibly clean and well-maintained the property was. It was evident that the owners take great pride in providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for their guests. The aesthetics of the house were simply stunning. With its tasteful decor and thoughtfully curated furnishings, it felt more like a cozy home than just a rental. Each room was inviting and had its own unique charm, making it a joy to explore and relax in. Whether we were enjoying a cup of coffee in the bright, airy kitchen or unwinding in the comfortable living room, we truly felt at home. The location was also fantastic, providing easy access to nearby attractions while still offering a peaceful retreat. We loved being able to return to such a lovely space after our daily adventures.

Kelly is an excellent host. The property was very well equipped and very comfortable. Excellent large beds in generous size bedrooms. Large air cond lounge with big screen TV and comfortable sofas. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Very nice bathroom. Pleasant private rear patio and yard. Excellent washing machine and dryer.The quiet location handy to the shopping centre suited us very well. We were very happy here and thank Kelly for her assistance. We consider this property to be excellent value for money.

This place is beautiful, so spacious and the beds are like sleeping on clouds. Great amenities which unfortunately we didnt have time to use but we did tinkle on the piano. My daughter is in a wheelchair so anyone looking for accessible accommodation I would recommend - hallways and doorways are accessible and the shower opening in the main bathroom was wide enough to fit the toilet/shower chair (63cm). There is 2 small steps into the house but a small ramp would suffice if your wheelchair can't go up steps.

This is our third stay over summer at KBH. We absolutely loved our time here once again. The closeness of the beach, the pool and the quietness of the surroundings made our stay so enjoyable. KBH has everything we need for the perfect summer getaway. Thanks again Nick and Nicola! We will be back!

The place was sensational! Kids loved the pool and us adults loved the location and ease of everything. Well equipped kitchen and all amenities were amazing! A must stay!!

We had another beautiful stay at Hollidge House with our fur babies and enjoyed hanging out by the pool with the beautiful summer weather. We've been coming here the last 3 years to start off the year and the place gives a 'home away from home' feel with a luxurious vibe for us. Peter is an attentive host who never fails to check that we have what we need and we will surely be back again.

Our staycation at The Retreat was as I imagined. Relaxing, calm with the amenities needed. The house is spacious, clean and easy to navigate for persons with varying access needs. The pool topped off a great weekend, in a perfect setting. Poh was responsive and very helpful with queries, a great host.

This was my second stay at the Salty Dog Beach-house and I thoroughly enjoyed it again. Our dog was made to feel welcome, the garden is generous and secure, and it’s in a great location for walks to the beach. Natalie had added some creative festive touches which were appreciated, especially by my grandchildren when they visited. It had a very Christmassy-at-the-beach-house vibe🎄. Although we experienced some extreme weather, the house stayed cool and comfortable and there was plenty to do. Natalie is a very generous host (no scrimping on crockery and cutlery) and responds quickly to messages. We had a great time and hope to be back again in 2025.

A lovely townhouse that smelt fresh and was very clean. Milk and some breakfast items (as well as a few spreads, sugar, oils and spices etc) were kindly provided, which was much appreciated. Had everything we needed, and host Nguyen responded promptly when I had a question. The neighbourhood was quiet and we enjoyed our stay. Another reviewer mentioned the queen bed being very firm and we also found it much too firm, but others may like this. The twin beds were comfortable for our adult kids. Overall, a great spot with thoughtful touches.

Trevor was a very responsive host and easy to deal with. The house was cool on the hot days we had and was well located to access the people we wanted to catch up with in the southern suburbs. Better priced than many other options in the Christmas period

What a beautiful home! We didn’t want to leave. Ever! Comfortable beyond expectations and it was equipped with everything you could need for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. We were there for a family reunion and everyone commented on what a find this place was! Definitely recommend the property, its location quiet and peaceful but only a short walk to pubs, shops eateries and public transport. We truly appreciate the careful consideration gone into making everything feel so homely and can’t wait to visit again for another Perrymans pasty!

Lucia’s house was perfect for our stay. Very thoughtfully set out. It had everything we needed and more. Lucia was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend this property. Our stay was very comfortable and it felt like home.

Karl and Carly’s place was an absolute delight to spend time at. Situated in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, we felt quite relaxed and comfortable during our stay. Our only regret is that our visit was so short. I highly recommend this listing to future guests.

We had a great stay at Mat’s place. Everything we needed was at the house, we could walk to the dog friendly beach and there was so much to do in the local area. Was great to spend time in the area and felt right at home while ‘at home’

Drift away was a beautiful place to stay. Big wide driveway for our boat. Was amazing to be able to have our dog with us. House exactly as described and extremely clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Beds comfortable. No hesitation in staying here on our next trip to yorks.
