Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Binz

A beautiful house, as described in the advertisement and true to the pictures! There is no baker or café in the immediate vicinity (at least we haven't found one), but the hand-ground coffee in the sun in the garden tasted better anyway. We had a wonderful time

The house is very quietly located in a small village with good access to the next larger places. Parking and the outdoor facilities are top and well maintained. Ideal for a stay with a dog and there was even a bowl + a small welcome snack for him. We felt very comfortable and were able to relax for a few days. Communication with the hosts was relaxed, nimble, and accommodating. Thank you so much! We would come back anytime.

We were 11 people and had a very pleasant week in the house on the Bodden. Arrangements with Jan were uncomplicated in advance and on site. We particularly liked the beautiful view of the water, the large garden, the living area, the tranquility during the day and at night and the sauna house. You can go to Greifswald very well by bike. Also towards the west is a good tour via Gristow and then (on the water long) to Stahlbrode. You can eat very well in Gristow at "De Fischer and be Fru". Bathing is not recommended directly at the property because of seagrass (better in Wampen or in the Tremt). The boat is ok but only transporting to the water with several strong people.

Fully equipped cottage in a fantastic location and a magnificent view of the lake! We felt completely comfortable! No point deduction for this, but a small tip to Wolfgang: A short description of the oven would still be helpful for guests! But otherwise everything is tiptop! Glad to come back!

We had a great long weekend in Trent. We were 4 adults and 1 toddler and the house is superbly designed for it. Lots of children's equipment (bed, high chair, toilet seat, stools, mugs, dishes, cutlery, and much more) and in winter the underfloor heating is particularly great. We also enjoyed the sauna and fireplace. The sea is 5 minutes away and for our activities we had to drive 45 minutes by car. The only thing that may not fit so well for us was that it is very eavesdropping and our child gets up very early. Everyone was awake early. But the house is beautiful and lovingly furnished, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms top. Highly recommend!

The beautiful cottage in Sweden style is very tasteful and cozy. No tüddelkram but very modern and clean. There's nothing missing...If you don't have bicycles with you, the path to the beach (about 30 minutes) could get a little long. But we had fun and enjoyed walking.... The beach is beautifully wide and clean....In our time (mid-October) also little visited and very quiet....That was totally pleasant and relaxing.... It was a very nice time .

We and the children immediately felt really comfortable. The highlight of the house for the children was of course the hot tub in the bathroom and the sauna was also actively used. Everything worked out very well. The house is super cozily furnished and also in the kitchen everything is wonderfully sorted. We were very positively surprised by the vacation home complex. The houses are, so to speak, loosely distributed in the forest and on the street and you don't have this cramped settlement feeling. Very beautiful and pleasant. The location is exactly as described, of course, great. The hostess Janin was always easily accessible and responded very kindly and quickly to questions. We have already recommended the house to family and look forward to coming back someday.

What a wonderful stay! Super quiet location, a short walk along horse pastures and through a coastal forest, you are on the idyllic beach, which was almost always completely deserted. The garden is HUGE and well maintained, there is an outdoor grill and lots of small seating; perfect with children to romp and play! The apartment (2) is spacious, nicely maritime furnished (giant sofa and armchair for game evenings) and super equipped; the best kitchen equipment I had somewhere so far. Very good mattresses. Two bathrooms! Luxury! There is a nice bar grill right across the street, but completely hidden. On site, a very nice caretaker couple takes care of everything, also gives the keys and is always available - great compliment. A few minutes by car there is a big Edeka & Netto. All in all ideal for a chill beach and/or bike vacation.

We chose the place to have peace from the big city on New Year's Eve and the apartment has fulfilled just that. Lots of fields and a great space around the house. The large windows in the living room were perfect for watching chickens in the garden in the morning. The open kitchen overlooking the living and dining room is great for cooking and at the same time staying in conversation with everyone. The fireplace in the living room is also a great extra in winter and makes the whole atmosphere even more cozy. It is best to arrive by car and is therefore flexible and can explore the surroundings well. But it's also worth a walk through the place.

We really enjoyed the location, right on the water with the option to enjoy the sunset every evening on the Balokon or with a walk. If you are looking for some peace and quiet and still want to be central for excursions and hikes, this is the place to be. An immediately accessible playground and a meadow also offer families good opportunities. The cafes and restaurants directly adjacent are very convenient. We like the area very much, but you should have a car and definitely pack bikes. The underground parking space with basement compartment was ideal. If you want to use the sofa bed, you have to know that it gets light quickly in the morning due to the sunrise. For us, a completely successful stay, we will be back for sure.

We had a wonderful week in the house of Daniel and Daniela. The house is very complete, we immediately felt completely at home! The house is very quiet, the area is beautiful. From the house, you can reach all the nice sights on the island within about 30 minutes. Daniel gave many nice tips about activities, sightseeing and the most beautiful beach in Rügen (Schaabe). I warmly recommend this home!!

We felt comfortable and everything corresponded to the information. The house is a bit remote but by bike or car you can quickly get to Stralsund. A double bed mattress without a visitor's crack would have been great. Otherwise we were able to sleep well.

We enjoyed staying with Ulrike in her beautiful old house in the old town very much. The house and apartment has been renovated/renovated with a lot of taste & attention to detail. There is everything you need - perfect for us. We will definitely be back!

We were very pleased. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos. Very spacious for 2 people, but also completely sufficient for 4 people. Surroundings densely populated, but still quiet, as it is right by the forest and only small houses. Bicycle shed for each apartment separate and lockable. Kitchen fully furnished. Laundry package available, but not mandatory. Location to the beach about "15 min walk. Shopping is also just around the corner. As well as the racing Roland.

We had a lovely stay at Petra's. The place is very beautiful, very peaceful and the apartment is very functional. The whole neighborhood is very beautiful with beautiful houses and gardens. Nights including cool, just perfect for sleeping well. I would highly recommend this very practical and well designed apartment.

Nothing to discuss: it's a great place for a vacation. The home is beautiful, spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Four cars can easily fit in the parking lot. Very close to the beach and downtown Sellin. In the immediate vicinity, restaurants and pubs. This house has no downsides and the upstairs deck is just insane and perfect for relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

Very relaxed stay and very nice to find peace. A little far from the beat but if you like to be on your own, it's perfect. There is everything you need in the apartment. And nearby there is the restaurant Jägerhaus, where you can just eat super mega delicious game. Highly recommended. A nice stay in itself

The house invites you to feel good, we had a direct "home" feeling. Gladly again! Beautiful bedrooms, big windows, great bathroom, large garden, clean, modern, well equipped kitchen. In fact, I only missed one knife block, otherwise great & as described. The reception was very friendly. The gardens are open, which is especially beautiful when families with kids are present. The kids were able to play with each other wonderfully. By bike, fantastic places are easily accessible, beaches and attractions nearby. ..And so much more.. We were 7 adults and two children (one infant) living in the house, which was very functional. We lacked nothing. Dining area both inside and out where everyone could sit together. Quiet and nice surroundings.

The house corresponded to the pictures and the description. It is nicely modernly furnished and the kitchen is pretty much equipped with everything you need. We arrived with 3 children and baby. The kids loved that everyone could have their own room and they had their own bathroom. A travel cot was also provided for our baby. The lawn in front of the house also offered a good way to play. Communication with the hosts was always friendly. A response was always very quick to respond. Notes from us were also gratefully accepted.

The place is fully equipped and there was nothing missing. We particularly liked the attention to detail as well as the tasteful furnishings with an artistic personal touch. The large garden offers an opportunity to relax or can be used by children as a playground. The rooms are large with enough storage space for the items you bring with you. Shopping facilities are located in the village of Zinnowitz. By bike you can explore the area wonderfully or relax (10 minutes walk) on the beach. The contact was very friendly and uncomplicated. We will be happy to come back.

Two weeks relaxing holiday in a wonderful house. The high-quality amenities left nothing to be desired. The pictures are absolutely real. Less than 5 minutes to 4 kilometer long beach. The location (Lobbe) is very quiet and away from the tourist hustle and bustle. There are good shopping in Göhren (about 3 km). The village shop in Lobbe offers only a very limited offer. Definitely rent bikes and leave the car standing. Here to recommend: bike Tilly in Göhren - great service! Thanks to the Teiwes family
