Accommodation as described, very well equipped, the apartment is very clean and located by the sea, the residence is very pleasant but a little noisy at night

Ideally located, the accommodation is in a quiet residential area, with a beautiful swimming pool. Spacious and well-appointed apartment, we did not miss anything. Thanks to David for hosting us. If we come back to Menorca, we already know where to sleep next time.

Firstly the view from the balcony and bedroom is simply amazing! Looking out the balcony everyday made the stay even better! The apartment had everything needed for a short or long term stay. Belky and her husband were such welcoming hosts who even picked me up from the bus stop! I can't thank them enough for such a warm welcome and extremely comfortable stay. Belkys communication was amazing and made everything really easy. There was flexibility with checking out so I got to enjoy the view just a little longer. I will 100% be booking again, such a cute home away from home!

Sergio and Sandra's place was very nice and very quiet. Very good location, we could go to the restaurant, shops and the beach on foot.

The apartment exactly matches the description and is very well equipped. We enjoyed it very much and we can really recommend the apartment. The only negative point is that the faucet and shower head keep clogging through sand. The contact with Maria Angela was excellent, she always responded immediately and took great care of the well-being. Upon arrival, there were sparkling wine and water in the fridge, plenty of coffee pods, napkins, and much more. The location and the view are fantastic. We will be happy to come back.

And enjoyed the stay very much. Everything was as described. Antonio always responded to concerns right away and was super friendly. I can only recommend the apartment. It is super central and the view from the balcony to the sea is very nice.

Menorca is a wonder, and Binibridge is placed in our favorite place. The house and its guests are very nice, everything is planned to have only to enjoy the holidays and the incredible view that surrounds the house. The decoration is done with great taste, it is conducive to relaxation like the house and the neighborhood. The beach is close and beautiful. Paco is very nice, very helpful and very smiling. The beds are very comfortable, the house is spacious, each has its own space, even 8 with teenagers! Parking is privileged as 2 cars enter. We were not lucky during our stay as the neighboring house was under construction and the jackhammers were starting at 8am. Paco helped us by going to ask the workers to start at 8:30 am. But hey, people have to do their job, especially in October. Our hosts had nothing to do with it, and the quality of the house and its location made up for this inconvenience. Thank you so much! We stayed a week in the beautiful house above the cliffs, the view is gigantic and the sound of waves makes you feel the presence of the sea. The various seats around the house are welcoming and homely. At the end of October, we were also in the house a lot due to the weather - we felt very comfortable in the tasteful, simple living room. Due to the nice, unobtrusive contact with Johannes, the opportunity to clarify problems at any time. Check-in/ check-out was particularly straightforward and flexible. The area is beautiful and we were very impressed by the tranquil tranquility of the postseason.

We had a wonderfully quiet vacation. The house is located in the small village of Betlem and was a great starting point for excursions and hikes for us. We especially enjoyed the coastal hiking trail to two turquoise blue coves. It starts almost behind the house. Unfortunately, the place Betlem is shaded behind a mountain and now in the fall the sun came out later in the morning. In the village, there is a mini supermarket with fresh rolls in the morning. In summary, we can say that we didn't miss anything in our short vacation.

Excellent stay at this beautiful home. It was a great place for 3 couples, lots of space, terraces, nice kitchen, washing machine, etc. we had the best and comfortable time in Juana Maria’s place. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Mirka‘s and Stefano‘s place. Very nice hosts, beautiful place to spend a week away from home. Some small shops and restaurants within walking distance. For the rest of the island, you‘ll need a car (free parking on premises). We truly enjoyed our stay.

This house is well designed and architecturally stunning. The photos of this house really don’t do it justice. It’s gorgeous and much more spacious than we expected. The layout of the house is in the shape of a Z, which gives extra privacy, especially if you’re traveling with kids. No need to tiptoe or whisper! The kitchen is well-stocked and makes it easy to cook for 8. The beds are comfortable and the bed linens are nice. The AC worked well, even on the hottest days. The view from the rooftop deck is great, and gives a lovely view of the sunset. We really spent most of our time when we were at the house in the pool and on the back veranda. The landscaping provides wonderful privacy, and the separation of the outdoor spaces worked well. Highly recommend this house, and Rafa from Menorcan Luxury was helpful, responsive, friendly and easy, so we’d recommend them too!

If i want to descripe the perfect airbnb-experice, it would be this stay everything works perfect, Communication, the flat and everything else. I highly reccommend a stay!

I booked the stay at Maria’s for myself and mother, unfortunately I was unable to join her in the end. Maria was so helpful in staying in touch with me to make sure everything was running smoothly, she was amazingly responsive. My mother had a great stay, the flat was super clean, the pool and gardens lovely, all as described. I hope to be able to visit one day soon!

We stayed in Luisa's apartment for a month and for us it was just perfect ! A great combination of work and relaxation. The internet was great, so we could work really well. The location was great too. I have been to Mallorca very often. But I didn't even have the beach in Canyamel on the umbrella. Super great to just walk down and relax. We were always happy to come back to the local Canyamel when we took a trip on the island. We will be back. 🧡

The stay at Katrina and Julia's house has been like being at home , the small apartment and for two people is ideal , the views in front of the sea incredible and the communication with them unbeatable to be there ! Highly recommended

We had a great time at Raquel's place. The space was pristine and the amenities provided did not clutter the suitcases. The accommodation is really well located, quiet and close to all amenities and a parking space is always provided in front of the accommodation. Raquel and her husband are very pleasant and accommodating people. We recommend 1000%. We'll be back for sure.

Lovely apartment in the beautiful Es Grau. Well equipped kitchen and nice little touches in the apartment like a beach bag, parasol and snorkel. Hope to come back again next year
