Vacation rentals with a patio in Binghamton

We were in town for Cooperstown All-Star Village. It worked out great super close to restaurants as well as close to the field to go back-and-forth for games. House was extremely comfortable highly recommend.

The apartment is stocked thoughtfully, well maintained and located close enough to get to downtown easily but also shielded from the traffic. Laura was super responsive and communicated proactively.

The place was beautiful and super spacious! Everything was laid out and simple. No problems at all.

My husband and I came to Ithaca to play shuffleboard at a local brewery. Sarah’s place was so centrally located to everything you could need in a cute town like Ithaca. Sarah was very responsive and the guide she sent was thorough and so helpful. The apartment was adorable - everything looks just like it does in the pictures! Everything was impeccably clean and that bed was SO cozy! Definitely would stay again, and hopefully in nicer weather to take advantage of the covered sitting area.

We booked so we had a place to stay while we helped our daughter move in to her college dorm. Our family of four was very comfortable - everyone had their own room and MUCH better than squeezing into a hotel room. Comfy beds, plush towels, clean and organized space. We made our own breakfasts and dinners in the kitchen but there were plenty of recommendations for eating out. Josh was quickly communicative and responsive when we had questions. Though they live on the top floor of the house, our privacy was totally respected. I would definitely consider staying again!

This was my second stay at Max’s place. The apartment checks all the boxes. Clean, easy to get to, convenient parking, and has everything (except a blow dryer) needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Narrowsburg is such a quaint, cute, and friendly town—perfect for a relaxing getaway! Plamena was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. The home itself is cozy and well-appointed, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed for cooking. The fireplace was such a treat—be sure to grab firewood from Pete’s! The location is ideal; we loved being able to walk to Main Street and explore the charming shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens were top quality, making for a restful night’s sleep. A special highlight was watching the deer wander through the backyard—it was such a peaceful and beautiful sight. Highly recommend this stay! Would absolutely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and included a binder with clear and easy to follow instructions. We enjoyed all the special touches that made us feel right at home, like the games and a doggy bed. The hosts were so friendly.

Hidden gem! Located just a short drive outside of Ithaca, you’re never too far from the action, but it’s quiet and peaceful. I have a son attending Ithaca College, so I try to visit every now and again. Check in and check out instructions were very clear. Will definitely look to book this place again the next time I am in the area.

It was everything we could have hoped for while we visited my son at college. We will definitely be back next time!

A very comfortable craftsman. Our first day in Ithaca the weather was snowy and wet, so we really appreciated the gas fireplace and homey environment for playing board games and watching movies. We also got a lot of use from the hot tub! Our second day was warm and sunny, and walked to the Commons for our meals and then went hiking through the nearby gorges. All in all, it was a great experience.

It was a wonderful and peaceful place to get away from the bustling sound of the city. I really appreciated that the space is right by a creek, which I love the water. As mentioned in Hunter's listing, you're in the country side so expect country things! We personally didn't mind the small critters who were also inside with us, but to the person scrolling through this listing, just be prepared for that possible expectation. Hunter and his family were responsive and great to our requests during our stay and were quick in response. I would definitely stay here at this peaceful spot again. Thank you!

Such an amazing stay! Our original place canceled last minute and Caitlin’s place was so perfect for what we needed. So clean and so many useful amenities. Walking distance to the lifts and a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again:)

Location location location!!! Walked to ski. No lines, no parking, loved it. If you value convenience over modern decor, this is THE place to stay at GP.

Our family had a most delightful stay! We were traveling with three children and their eyes completely lit up when they saw the bunk beds on the third floor. We found the property a breeze to get in. It was very clean and the kitchen served us quite well. We loved how close this condo was to Greek Peak and we got to see a stunning sunrise our first morning there. I think our favorite part, however, was hanging out around the gas fireplace in the evenings. So peaceful after a busy day! Thank you for being a part of our happy memories!

What a beautiful view and peaceful setting! Brenda was thoughtful, friendly and responsive! Enjoyed our messages back and forth. Loved the kitchen, amenities and snacks! Great sitting area inside and out. Nice size bedroom on second floor, updated bathrooms on first and second floor. Large loft on third floor with additional beds using the spiral staircase to enter. Great neighborhood to walk our pup. Brenda also had a dog dish for Abby. Carver’s Steakhouse was great! Sat outside with our pup there, too. Thankful for a wonderful time! Can’t wait to stay again.
