Very nice house, pleasant to stay in and functional. Close to the train station and the center. I recommend it.

Beautiful gîte, which is easy to drive to from the Netherlands, the area is beautiful & wonderfully quiet, especially if you are looking for a quiet holiday. Larger cities are a little further away but that was easy for us to drive to. The gîte is fully equipped and everything is excellently clean, a supermarket is available with a 3-minute (car)drive for your groceries. Glad my four-legged friend was allowed to come along, then your vacation is still a little more complete! It has run wonderfully laps in the garden (it is completely demarcated so she could not walk away). I recommend the gite to everyone!, Celine is also always & fast on hand to help or support you if you have a question:)

Very good room, more than perfect host, welcoming and charming. Very quiet place. Nothing to complain about. In terms of price, it's a deal. Close to shops and restaurants

Thanks to Lydia for her hospitality , the setting is beautiful , the house is very well equipped (bathroom,toilet, Kitchen ,Number of bedrooms ), a beautiful garden. In conclusion: I recommend this cottage .

We had a lovely weekend with friends at Chloé's, the house was perfect for 7.

We had a great time at Eliane's place. The accommodation is perfectly equipped. It really has everything you need. We slept like babies so the neighborhood is quiet and the bedding is excellent. Eliane is very responsive. You can call or text them anytime they'll get back to you. I highly recommend this location.

Everything was extremely easy with our stay. The communication was great and all issues answered very quickly. Check in was easy as was check out. The house was spotless and had all the mod cons we needed. The village is very quiet and there is not much in the immediate area, but this is a good base to explore Rouen and further afield. We were unlucky with awful weather and 8 hours torrential rain on our Saturday, which did not help, but we did enjoy the house.

The airbnb was great, with a well stocked set of equipment for cooking and cleaning, and continently located next to two supermarkets. Rouen is a beautiful city to visit, and I would recommend visiting this airbnb

An authentic Norman house full of charm!

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

Nice little night in this trailer surrounded by horses that we were able to get to know ready and give them treats , my daughter loved it and the hosts super nice with us I recommend this rental to all. We won't go back without any problems just packing the boots.

This cottage was a beautiful and comfortable place to stay in Lyons-La-Forêt. Highlights for us: super comfy bed, wood burner, Nordic sauna, and of course the location in a gorgeous little village.

What a wonderful stay we had! Traditional chaumière with a lovely heated and covered swimming pool. This is the first time we stay in such a generously stocked and equipped holiday home and we do travel a lot! Amazing kitchen with nothing missing! Plenty books to read for all ages! Very dog friendly too with large dog beds and blankets. Secure fencing and huge garden! Our labrador retriever did not want to leave! Valérie is a very friendly and welcoming host. Thanks for the local beer, biscuits and well stocked teas, coffees, etc...and for being so so dog friendly Hopping to be back, thank you Valérie!

Listing as described. A certain charm due to a particular configuration (one room per floor). But probably not recommended for people with difficulty, even minimal, traveling, or overweight (the staircase is very narrow). This didn't bother us, for our part. The information given in a small notebook in the kitchen makes it possible to find your way around what there is to see. Quiet neighborhood. Few shops, but the essentials are there: bakery not far away.
