Great accommodation for spending time with family or friends. We felt very comfortable there. Great place!

The house is very nice and very well maintained. Good location for excursions and in a very quiet place. As an improvement, you should leave some cleaning utensils, scouring pads, the typical cleaning kit with a dishwasher tablet and other cleaning supplies. Some basics like salt and pepper, tablecloths, or a glass to have some wine. The wifi does not have a high speed and depending on usage it may be insufficient. It has cleaning instructions that are not very clear and do not appear at the time of booking. There are no cleaning fees, but a sign in French tells you that you have to leave the house clean and fully tidied up or hire cleaning for €100. I've never seen these kinds of conditions outside of a contract. The rest is very good with plenty of space and a heated pool (only in season)

A wonderful villa! It's photos do not do it justice. Every room is great, and the design of the house is so could. it's perfectly laid out, really well built and if you have young-ish kids (ours we 9-13) it's really great. They can be outside at the pool, while you prepare dinner or watch TV, without any concerns. We also went car free for the week, which was really pleasant, just used the occasional bus. Vincent is a great host, very responsive. Generally it was a great villa - the best we've stayed in for a very long time - and it's a good price compared to others we have stayed it. I can't recommend it highly enough. thank s Vincent!

This house is perfect. It’s much more impressive than appears in the photos. Everything was perfect. The house is huge, beautiful, and well maintained. The pool is enormous. The yard is huge, green, quiet, and peaceful. This is the perfect place for a quiet retreat away from the crowds.

A beautiful, characterful property in a very convenient location for the centre of Hossegor, beach and lake. We didn’t use the car at all after we arrived, we walked and cycled everywhere! The villa is very tastefully decorated and well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches. Alize the concierge was so friendly and helpful and was always really quick to answer any questions. We had a great stay and would love to return!

Amazing house for surfers. Big garden with lots of space for drying wetsuits and storing boards. Kitchen is very well equipped. We really enjoyed the stay!

We had a wonderful family holiday at Salty Woods Lodge. The house and surroundings are beautiful. The children loved the pool. There is lots to do within walking distance - surfing, cycling, SUP, sailing! Lyn went above and beyond to make our trip perfect, thanks again!

We had a great time at the house and that was despite the fact that the weather was rather mediocre. Even on a rainy day, it is very comfortable in the great house with 14 people. The kitchen is well equipped and when the sun comes out it is wonderful in the pool and on the large property. The house is very quiet and privacy is absolutely respected. All in all, an absolute recommendation!

We had a great stay at this place. The apartment was clean and very nice, perfect for relaxing. The pool is a real asset, ideal for cooling off after a day of sightseeing. The owners are welcoming and very friendly, always ready to answer our questions and give us good advice to discover the region. We highly recommend this listing for a relaxing and worry-free stay!

What a wonderful place - top quality house - beautiful interior design, architecture & view; great amenities (pool, garden, appliances), and close to the town; ideal for a super family vacation! Good quality host, make sure you do the boat trip with Jerome and the food tour!

The house is located in a quiet residential area, 15-20 minutes' walk from the shops. It has beautiful volumes in accordance with the photos, the living space is very bright due to its orientation and the number of bay windows, the kitchen equipment and appliances are of quality and recent. The garden is clean and well maintained. The whole place allows for a very nice stay for a large family even in winter. Marie-Sophie's welcome is very pleasant, communication is easy and efficient, and she is accommodating on arrival/departure times.

We had a lovely stay at this house perfectly suited for 8 people! André was very available and accommodating, we'll be back with pleasure.

Beautiful house, perfectly equipped, very nice materials and beautiful linens (by the way can you give me the reference of your sheets?!), large very bright rooms. A beautiful Christmas tree was waiting for us (Christmas holidays) and the house is very well heated. Jonathan is very friendly, he responds within an hour and is very accommodating. Very good location, nearby shops and beautiful walks nearby. It was better than we expected. Thanks for this beautiful stay in the Basque Country.

Perfect villa to spend a weekend or a week with friends or family. The accommodation is well equipped and clean. Adèle is a very welcoming and understanding host (we were able to postpone the checkout time)! I recommend it!
