Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bicol

Nonong’s place is what our family needed. Though the place is outdated it’s still perfect for large group looking for a beach front property. Host is very friendly and responsive to all our inquiries. Overall we loved our stay!!!

The host was responsive even during at night which we are all very thankful. We are a group of 4 who stayed at her place at we are all extremely satisfied with the place and the host.

We had a great stay at Rikko’s place! The location is very convenient, close to the airport and near town, with a sari-sari store next door for essentials. The unit is well-equipped, with a functional kitchen, reliable WiFi, and a TV with Netflix. We also appreciated having access to the gym downstairs. Rikko was an excellent host, answering all our inquiries from booking to checkout and even offering an early check-in. He also provided airport transfers, which made our trip even smoother. As a bonus, the cats were adorable! Overall, a great experience. I’d happily recommend it to friends.

Such a lovely time we had in the place. It was close to the places we wanted to visit even the local market was in walking distance as well! The place itself is so clean and everything we needed was there already!

We all loved staying in Sharl‘s place! It was a perfect experience for us. The place is very close to Naga, and very walkable. The neighborhood is perfect Filipino experience. The neighbors are very friendly. Plenty of Sari Sari stores to pick up anything we forgot. She was always very responsive as well! She highlighted to me what it is to be a great airbnb host! She even invited us to the big Peñafrancia festival in Naga. We joined her and her family at their family dental practice (great viewing from the 2nd floor) and watched the processional. We really felt like we have new friends Naga!

This was our second stay at Casita de Reina, and once again, it did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home—just like a second home away from home. The warmth and hospitality of the host always make our experience the best. We were pleasantly surprised by the improvements in the services, showing just how much the host cares about continuously enhancing the guest experience. Everything was well-maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for a relaxing stay. Without a doubt, we will be coming back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located, and welcoming place to stay!

Super super clean.. Great view plenty of space friendly owners. this stay has it all.. the access road is a little hard to access / narrow , so educate yourself in advance.. I would suggest a video from the host to the potential guests

We had a restful stay here. The unit is homie and so clean. The owners were so kind and approachable. Carpark is available. Strategic location.

Jaime's place was a wonderful experience. The location, the staff, all of it. The place itself was extremely clean and well equipped. The mgmt always available. Since it is on the 4th floor, the trash was constantly monitored and removed immediately whem full. The deck was swept daily and mats automatically replaced as needed during the rains. The huge covered deck was a blessing as it could be used rain or shine. Air con worked well. A very convenient location in a busy area across from the park. Many trikes available at all times. Robinsons within walking distance and many restaurants and pharmacies. There are three flights of stairs up to be aware of. It was no problem for us. Toney, Gretchen and the mgr Oliver amazingly friendly and professional. Thank you!

Good location to base yourself in legazpi. We hired a scooter for two days and had undercover parking (in a shared car park) which made getting to those sights easier. When we didn’t have the bike, you can easily get a trike. The location for was great for ordering Grab food as there aren’t very many restaurants and the roof top was the highlight. It is a quiet place to stay with a standard Filipino bathroom/wet room situation. Fast wifi, good a/c and was really great value for money. The hosts are great to communicate with and answered all my questions promptly!

The place is near the highway. Quiet neighborhood and peaceful. Water heater and bidet are a huge plus for me. Internet is fine. The aircon is also good since we visited in April so twas hot outside but since this is bicol, its better than manila. It peaked at 30 during our stay. Ill definitely recommend this to other people. Complete kitchen and dining utensils with free lpg gas. Though we ate out during our stay. Eraly check in was huge for me because our flight was so early.

This place is the best for staying and working as well. Me and my crew shot our short film and it was spacious and the aesthetic was great. The bedrooms were clean, I love the interiors and the smoking area, the kitchen, everything. The Wifi Connection was good too.

Clean place, very accomodating and easy to find the place. Flexible check in as long as you inform them. Safe place to stay.

The overall experience we had was outstanding. The only noticeable thing is the bidet with leakage. But overall great experience, I highly recommend this place! Very comfortable!

We enjoyed staying in Ian's place. The location is conveniently near to Centro area. This is much better than staying in a hotel if you prefer a homey vibe. thank you for accomodating us! we'll definitely go back.😊
