Mirko is a kind and helpful person, the apartments were clean and tidy with everything you need for a stay, the garden is large and tidy, in the evening there were also lights above the outdoor benches for those who want to stay out and eat with plenty of seats.

Beautiful place. We really wanted a peaceful spot with beautiful views and got exactly that. The house is up in the mountains above Lenno with access to good restaurants but it was a challenging walk from town. Recommend getting a car and taxis are not consistent. We would go back to the area and back to the same house.

The house is 25 minutes away from Cómo, up a road thats not for everybody to drive on. Its very narrow, like many other roads on Europ. Once in Palanzo, the parking is 4 blocks away from the house, which is upheel on a very steep road. You can reach it by car, but unless you are driving a small european city car youll probably end up either stuck or scratching the car. Once in the house, you will find it to be a historical one, with old floors, doors and look and feel that gives you the sensatión on being on an historical place . The star of the house is the upper garden, pool and the upper deck, with breathtaking views of the Lake. I spent every minute i wasnt sleeping, seating there. It will make everything worth it. The histórical Bell that tells the time needs a mention of its own: its 50 feet away from the house and starts going on ("playing gong") at 6.40 am., and keeps going everything 30 minutes. Beautiful space, the Sheraton amenities were so helpful. Most beautiful pool ever. Right above a Michelin starred restaurant. Easy to find. Plan to get a car transfer to the Sheraton or take the bus, as taxis to the hotel were scarce. Loved our stay here.

Absolutely amazing! The kids had a great time in the pool- it was bigger than we expected and very private. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and everything felt very clean. There were two bathrooms which was a lovely surprise! The master bedroom had electric beds, a fairly large television and lots of storage. Pietro was such a huge help, great communication and he was kind enough to drive us to the train station. He even went to the pharmacy for my daughter and I, which we were extremely grateful for. As well as this, the apartment is only a 30 minute bus journey to Milan, aswell as a fair few easy access restaurants in the village. You can also follow the canal and walk into the Duomo- a lovely family walk. We had an amazing time here! I would 100% recommend.

Stefano is a very nice and polite host. The place was clean and comfortable. The views were amazing, breathtaking.. You could relax on the balcony watching boats moving across the lake or chilling in the garden enjoying the weather. Shop nearby with basic products. Also the bus stop is not too far. Wonderful Stay in Milan! We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb. The host was extremely responsive and went above and beyond by providing us with plenty of great recommendations around the area when we asked. The apartment itself was cozy, located in a quiet neighborhood—perfect for unwinding after a busy day of exploring the city. One of the highlights was the lovely balcony, offering a nice open space to relax and enjoy some fresh air. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

This unit is very good as it can accomodate my group of 13people. Location wise is walking distance to shop, menaggio and jetty as well. All kitchen utensils is in places and easy for those who love to cook. Feel like home. Thank Giuseppe

Markus was a very pleasant and friendly host. He was very quick to respond to inquiries and also very proactively gave tips and information... also on excursions and the surrounding area. He was very flexible. Be this when moving into the accommodation or also when extending it by one day. Thank you! The house is in very good condition and you can tell that Markus it is important that the guests feel comfortable. This is also noticeable in the interior design. Very nice how everything is well maintained. And of course, the location also contributes... with the view of Lake Lugano. We were allowed to spend great days with a wonderful host in his magnificent house. We felt comfortable and would recommend the place at any time. Thanks for everything.

Quiet and clean place, no be intimidated by the unpaved road because the apartments are well maintained. Beautiful heated hot tub outside, a cuddle. A note of merit goes to the caretaker who is always nice and available.

The place is lovely and just as it looks in the pictures. We were traveling with four kids, and the house was spacious enough to meet all our needs. Parking in the village can be a bit challenging but you can always find a spot after a short wait of 10-15 minutes when someone leaves. There are several hiking trails around including a beautiful waterfall that's about an hour's walk from the house. The outdoor area features a grill and has a spectacular view, making it a peaceful and beautiful spot to relax. Jacqueline, our host, was very nice and helpful, living in the same house downstairs. We experienced some issues with the electricity failing a few times when the washing machine and oven were in use; however, with some care to avoid simultaneous usage, we could avoid this. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was a bit weak, and the 4/5G coverage was spotty in the area. Overall, it is a wonderful place with a supportive host, making it an excellent choice for a stay in the Como Lake area.

Beautiful the location is wonderful. The villa is quiet, and well maintained. The host is very helpful and accommodating. In short it’s an ideal villa for a lovely stay in this region for families.

Very nice week at Casa Sulla Roggia. The house was squeaky clean and everything was as described. Plus your own private parking in the garage, which made it easier to get around with the kids. Google with the translator was also able to smoothly figure out the things that didn't work out in English. Beautiful views and a sheltered lot surrounded by tall fences.

The house was perfect for our stay in Milano. We had everything we wished for in that apartment. The spa in the terrace is super nice to relax. The host is perfect and super accommodating. Thank you again.

Beautiful little house with a magnificent view of the lake. We spent 2 nights there, ideal for visiting Menaggio and Bellaggio. The house is very well equipped and Alessandro is very responsive and available. We recommend eyes closed.

Very nice little house, high up... a little wind in the evening. We enjoyed being able to eat out. Very friendly welcome with cold drinks and cupcakes, jams. Very responsive host to fix wifi and TV issues so we can watch the Olympics!
