Our stay at the apartment was great. It has a lovely view and is very practical and comfortable. It’s location was perfect for hiking as well as swimming and getting daily needs. We’d be glad to return anytime!

Very nice apartment with lovely interior at the lake . It’s a bit loud at the street and the railway. It’s just 2 min to the lake with a beautiful little beach. The host was super nice and helpful and replied very fast when we had questions . The air conditioning was very practical in the temperatures . All interior was new and pretty good. We had a great vacation and would come back again 🇮🇹😊

Lovely location, host very friendly. Strict rules and penalties for not following but otherwise very helpful and nice host family. Sometimes you have the feeling of being controlled, as there is always someone in the hallway when you come or go, but it has never been inconvenient or unfriendly - on the contrary. We were a large group and had 2 apartments, one of which was on the basement floor and one on the 3rd floor. Both apartments were homely, clean and cozy. Beds were super comfortable and the house has a quiet location. The apartment on the first floor has a terrace and a spacious balcony on the upper floor. All in all a very enjoyable and friendly stay and we highly recommend the place even with children.

We were welcomed friendly and chatty and the place was clean and tidy. The host was always eager to make the stay as pleasant as possible and said goodbye to us on the last night with a snap.

The place was shown and explained to me on site by Lara. Lara was very proactive and helpful, it was all as described and very nice on site. Verceia is a quiet place perfect for a relaxing holiday and also has nice excursions and a large mall to offer, which can be reached in driving times of less than 30 minutes. also great restaurants on and around the lake are available! A big plus is the great bakery directly below the property, which offers very tasty pastries and breakfast rolls and the bakery chef Simona always has a smile and great advice on the baked goods for customers. All in all, a wonderful place to stay for relaxing family holidays, highly recommended!

This place exceeded our expectations. The hospitality of Michela and Christian was wonderful, the view of the lake from the balcony was a dream. It takes about 10 minutes by car to the lake but the pool and garden at the property are also very well maintained and beautiful, sunbeds and umbrellas are also available. The apartment and terrace were above average clean. We felt super comfortable and the value for money is very good.

It was a 10/10 place. Nicest decors and the coziest home.

We had a lovely winter holiday! Our host was super helpful. Cozy house and lots of space. There were two spacious common areas. One room had a typical 'warm chalet vibe', here we had a drink in the evening. And the other room with kitchen had a large table where we could have dinner and breakfast with everyone. The space right next to the house where we could put our ski equipment was also handy. The bus stop was at our door. Big plus. But not all buses went directly to Ischl or Kappl ski area during our holiday. We could also take a cab, which was always there within 10 minutes and not expensive! In the village (that is close to the accommodation) you will find an intersport, bakery and supermarket. Everything you need for a ski holiday. This stay is definitely recommended, hopefully we can come back again!

The perfect cottage for us! We were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. For the 4 of us adults, the accommodation was sufficient. Well equipped, even the kitchen. Praise that there is a second toilet and shower - right next to the rustic "wine cellar". The cottage is located just outside the village on the mountainside, the surrounding terraced property is enchanting. However, guests should be halfway good on foot. We are and were also within walking distance of restaurants, bakery, harbor - our daily workout, always rewarded by the brilliant view "at home". We had some bad luck with the weather, but gigantic spectacles of thunderstorms over Lake Como. Many thanks to Andrea and his mom, best landlord! Simply Italy. Simply beautiful.

We spent three wonderful nights at this chalet nestled in the heights of Lake Como, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. It was a haven of peace, surrounded by nature and animals, away from any urban noise or traffic. Absolute calm allowed us to really recharge our batteries. The cottage was warm and very nice, a real cocoon that my mother and I loved. Only small downside: the bed a little noisy when we moved, but nothing that spoiled our stay. The hosts were adorable, very welcoming and thoughtful, even going so far as helping us unload the car. We would definitely recommend this place for a quiet getaway in an idyllic setting!

The apartment is very large, bright and friendly! There was a large kitchen and large dining area! It was about 10 minutes down the valley to the hallway!

I recently stayed at the Chalet Franca with a group of friends for a long weekend and I could not be more satisfied with my experience. From the first moment, the host was welcoming and helpful, providing helpful directions and helping us get there during the November snowfall. The chalet was exactly as described and documented in the photos, we felt right at home. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a cozy comfortable place to stay in the center.
