Small apartment in a super central location, within a courtyard and therefore without a view of the sea, but very convenient for all services. I emphasize the extreme cleanliness, organization and order of the apartment, which is not obvious. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a short stay, the apartment is in great condition, all the decor, bathroom included, is new.

Amazing location right in the heart of old town and close to everything including great restaurants. Host was very communicative and provided advanced warning of any issues. Early check-in was provided which we appreciated greatly! Thanks again Hanna.

Lovely picturesque village with amazing views and friendly locals venders. Amazing for everyone who loves nature and small quiet places. Eugene was very helpful on arrival and explained us everything and gave some recommendations. Be ready though to have some places shut put of season

We had a great time. Great view over the bay. Lots of sun while drinking coffee in the morning. Spacious apartment for 4 persons. Host very nice.

Great location that was walkable to everything. Lots of great restaurants nearby, felt like we were right in the middle of Monaco.

1.The only thing missing is smart TV and speaker Aldi dont have Bluetooth. TV is small and old. 2. And just one blanket. Be aware if you would like 2…. Other than that 1. Great haust. (Let us to check out later) 2. View is beautiful 3.Safe and close to everything

Great place with great views of the coast and the sea. Very good communication with the host and great check-in instructions. Always instant answers to questions and the home totally matches the description. You can reach the old harbor in three minutes and a 10-15 minute walk to the Promenade des Anglais. Super great stay was that! It was a very nice time and we can definitely recommend the apartment.

We didn't get a chance to meet Xavier and his wife, but were greeted by Xavier's wife's friend who was very nice. She showed us around the place, explained the rules. The accommodation is very beautiful, minimalist with a nice view of the mountains frankly nothing to say. Despite the absence of Xavier and his wife, I was able to have the opportunity to communicate with his wife by phone, a very nice host.

Thank you Eric for a wonderful stay. We used Nice as our base and travelled daily to the surrounding towns. 15 minute walk to the train station , made it super accessible. As well, as a short walk to the beach and old town. Apartment was very clean and well maintained. We look forward to returning!

Thanks to Yannick for hosting us and for being responsive. The place is peaceful and refreshing, the bathtub is very relaxing and the view in the morning from bed is soothing. Arrival from Sigale is Tuscany. Let us know if you'd like to recharge your batteries!

The perfect location for a stay in Monaco. The terrace is huge and has an incredible view. Everything was comfortable and as described. Philip was lovely and responsive. It was great value too! ✨✨

Catherine was a lovely host and her place was absolutely lovely. She assisted with all our queries and made our arrival, stay and departure a great experience. The location and view from her apartment was fantastic, so close to both Menton and Monaco. Very easy access to the train station at one end of the street and the beach at the other. Such a lovely area to visit.

Very nice apartment in a good location near the paid parking station just across the street Shops nearby Decorating is really successful Perfect communication Only downside a scaffolding was present on the bedroom side which spoiled the view and the work starts early so a shame And at night the apartment is poorly insulated the traffic noises and residents are very unpleasant

This flat was a dream. The location, the fully stocked kitchen, the bathtub, the atrium, the bed were all five star luxury in a one bedroom Air bnb. I will rebook! Julien was responsive and gave me peace of mind when I needed help. Treat yourself and book this place!

The place is amazing with nice sitting arrangements outside. If I ever come back, this would be the place I would stay!
