Cozy simple studio located over hip natural wine bar & restaurant. Incredible location in the heart of Stowe Village. Easy access to amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores as well as a short walk from the mountain road shuttle stop (winter only). Full disclosure: you walk past a recycling dumpster to get to the stairs. Fiber optic internet 75 up & down. Pets are allowed but please do not leave your dog if you think they will bark while you are away!

Wendi’s place was absolutely incredible. Extremely clean, beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and cozy. Perfect location. Everything we could have wanted ans more. We had an issue with a beeping fire alarm one day, and when I notified Wendi about it, someone came and fixed it immediately. That was so special. Thank you Wendi!

Great modern cabin in the woods. Being close to Stowe Mtn and the cute town (10 min) and reasonable distance to Jay Peak (75 min) made Jason's place an ideal location for skiing but also a peaceful respite from city life. It snowed every day we were there--at the end of March--total bonus for skiing and snow lovers. The layout of the house is perfect for spending time with others while cooking, yet more remote bedrooms for quiet. Lots of really thoughtful amenities like ski storage, drying racks, ample firewood, well-stocked pantry basics, extra towels, pizza oven, and more.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect! We walked out the door and the bus was waiting right there to take us to the lifts! The apartment was beautiful, and was much better than even the pictures. The condo was very quiet and convenient to everything! We will definitely stay here again next year.

It's a nice, dog-friendly whole-house rental that feels very homey and lived-in. The owner was very communicative. The description and photos match the listing well. The house is close to Montpelier, but walking to downtown would be a bit of a trek. There are plenty of places to walk a dog in the neighborhood. We had a lovely stay in this house and would definitely book again. Thank you!

Robyn and her family are great hosts. She and her son were there when we arrived shoveling the drive way, gave us some helpful tips about the house, very friendly and accommodating - we were able to check in a couple of hours early and really made us feel right at home. Beautiful house with all amenities: Kitchen had everything would need to cook for several days (pots, pans, utensils, glass/coffee mugs, and even provided coffee and filters) - we only needed to bring food to prepare. Stores were close by and easy to get to. Bathrooms were pristine with plenty of towels and toiletries, bedrooms were spotless and comfortable, and had a great fireplace that was very useful during some cold days. About 15-20 minutes to Killington Mountain - easy drive. Fantastic property and we had an amazing stay, would definitely come back!

I brought my Girl Scout troop to Vermont this summer for some outdoor adventures, and Evelyn's chalet was the perfect home base for us. We took day trips to Mount Mansfield and Lake Champlain (both about an hour away), Ben and Jerry's and Montpelier (both about half an hour away) and Warren Falls (about 10 minutes away). Coming back to the chalet every day felt like coming home. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to sit around the dining table and around the living room. The town of Waitsfield was only a few minutes' drive away, with a decent grocery store, and some nice shops and restaurants that we never got around to checking out because we were too busy exploring further afield. We didn't have the best weather while we were there, but we did have one clear night for stargazing, and the property was isolated enough that we had a great view of the sky and even spotted a few meteors.
