Truly a wonderful escape just a couple hours from the city. The cabin is much nicer than pictures. Open kitchen and living room concept. Amazing property on the lake. Great views and super cozy!

The driftwood cottage on welcome lake, is awesome. I went with my fiancé for the weekend of Easter. It also happens to be our birthdays. We had had a great time, if you want to relax and be at peace for a weekend this the cottage to be at. Thanks for having us!! Samuel and Lena 💕

Great deck and view of the lake - peaceful and relaxing. The house had all the amenities we needed - great grill, large sitting area and TV to hang out with family. The kids enjoyed playing in the downstairs area and roasting marshmallows out back.

Great spot to stay for a remote weekend away. If you are looking for a wonderful and calm nature getaway, this is the spot! Has everything you need and very comfortable

If you're looking for a stay off the beaten track this place is perfect - so much so that there is no cell signal so be warned! We even saw deer roaming the huge front yard(?) It is very child friendly, they have toys, high chair, crib and a stroller for use which reduced the amount of stuff we had to take. The only slight downside (to be expected) is the hot water tank is only 40 gallons and takes around 45mins to fill up so as a family of 5 we had to time the dishwasher, washing machine, bath time and showers carefully. Hosts are super responsive and were on hand to answer any questions.

Javid & Aysel are great hosts, super quick to respond and very helpful. They have a very lovely, homey home, and our group of 13 really enjoyed every level of it. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace as the family gathered around it and by the kitchen/dining area. The house sits very close to walking trails, ski slopes, and it’s walking distance to beach and the community center which we would like to come back for in the summer!

Beautiful property and wonderful hosts who were so accommodating as to drive out to fix the internet for the one member of our group who needed to unfortunately work during our stay. Accommodations were basic and comfortable, which were expected and perfect for our group. We were there on the first chilly weekend of fall and able to spend both nights around the cozy wood stove during the evening and the dock during the day. The lakefront community is beautiful and I hope we can return with our dogs during the summer to take advantage of swimming and kayaking next year.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful home in Pennsylvania, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The house was cozy and clean. The attention to detail was evident from the moment we arrived, with thoughtful touches and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was also perfect, peaceful, yet close enough to local attractions for easy access. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with clear instructions and even some local recommendations, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a weekend. Would definitely stay here again!
