Totally remodeled home by the lakes in Discovery bay, Ca. Please note that there is no access going to fast water/delta, and only electric boat allowed in the lake. We are located about 1.5 hours from SFO airport and 1 hour from Oakland airport. Napa Valley located in North part of the county about 1 hour a way and we are near the winery by Livermore area. 35 minutes away from SF Factory outlet by Livermore. Ron’s place was as described and provided all the things we needed for a week-long stay. We had 6 adults, 2 teenagers, an infant, and a dog, and there was plenty of room for us all. The neighbors were all friendly and we felt right at home. Ron was responsive & accommodating to all of our requests— overall a great host! We would easily recommend Ron’s place to any large groups traveling to the area.

Overall, this was one of the best Air B&Bs I've stayed in across the states. The pictures are exactly what the home looks like all the way down to the furniture. The neighbors were friendly and personable. Our host, Ms. Sheri was very responsive to any questions we had and left no stone unturned when it came down to details on how to enter the home, enjoy the home, and leave the home. Everything was clear and precise. We had a wonderful time enjoying the water sports as well as all the amenities the home has to offer. Thank you again. 10/10 most definitely would return.

This home was perfect for our group! Every year we book a place large enough for 5-13 people and spend a week together to ring in the new year. This was easily one of the best places we've stayed in! Lots of kitchen supplies, fun activities, clean towels and blankets, amazing instructions and manual made everything super easy, and Jules was incredibly responsive!! Couldn't ask for a better host or a better house!

Staying at Stephanie's place in Discovery Bay exceeded our expectations! The house is gorgeous, the beds extremely comfortable, and the view to die for. We stayed for the beginning of spring 2025; although the weather was still very cold outside, it didn't stop us from taking a dip in the water and enjoying the lily pad provided. Communication with the host was exceptional, even with my late night messages (thank you Stephanie!) Our only concern was the "shared" back patio with the neighbors, however it's not really shared it's just a bit open and we can see into their space. We did "bump" into the neighbors while enjoying the back patio and I can say they are very lovely and welcoming people. We never felt invaded or intrusive. Since we left, I have been dreaming daily of returning. Hopefully we can return when the weather warms up. Thank you, Stephanie, for allowing us to stay in your amazing home <3

We booked the place as a retreat for friends visiting from out of the country. The location was quiet, close to our local friends, and easy to get to things to do. The water access behind the house was an added bonus. The kitchen was perfect for cooking in, the beds were comfy (perfectly firm), and everything was clean. There were also extra blankets and linens, which was great for the colder nights. We also appreciated the larger towels. Would certainly stay again!

Ryan’s House was amazing, I booked this beautiful house for 1 week during Christmas time for the whole family and kids. Everyone loved it, and can’t wait to go back. This house has enough space for everyone. The kids loved the paddle boards, kayaking, kid Toys and hot tub. The guys enjoyed being able to just walk outside and fish all day. I enjoyed all the games they have, huge dinner table for everyone to sit around eat, and talk. This awesome house has everything you need.

Very pleasant stay with plenty of amenities. The view over the water was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, not a lot of traffic. Check in was simple. The house was not cluttered. It was great for our family with an 8 year old and a 4 year old. Definitely would stay here again.
