All in all had a top and wonderful stay.😍 Going above and beyond. Clean,neat, tidy. Spacious and the topper is of course the jacuzzi! Fast and good communication! B&B is central to den bosch or Tilburg, we took the forest for the day. We also ate in the restaurant, delicious and spacious surprising menu! Also the breakfast was herring and richly stocked. I recommend for sure! 😍

If you are looking for a place to do nothing at all (except enjoyment), then Sjoerd's cottage is the place to be. Even if you eat gluten-free, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning. The jacuzzi? Pure magic. Like relaxing in a warm cloud. In short: a top address for anyone who wants to relax for a while. Thank you, Sjoerd, we'll be happy to come back!

Great hosts with a lovely house. Everything was as described and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained in detail and the hosts were quick to respond with any queries we had.

Had a wonderful stay with hot tub, pizza oven and fireplace on the terrace. Very nice place to be away for a few days( or longer ). Nice beds and nice outdoor place to stay well. Recommended!

What an amazing place! The gypsy wagon is very cozy, spacious and everything you need is present. Inside it is nice and warm, even in December. Cees is very friendly and helpful. The hot tub is delicious! A beautiful area where it is good hiking. Our dog also had a very nice time, in the fenced garden.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful cottage. We were personally welcomed by Wim and felt right at home. The house is very clean, nice beds and everything else you need. Quiet ago in a bush setting. The hot tub is really great, we enjoyed it very much! We'd love to come back!

Great and comfortabel place beautifully decorated fully matching the description and photos. Very easy to communicate with the hosts who are very responsive. Hosts asked us if we would like some Christmas decoration as we stayed here over Christmas period which was very appreciated. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! The apartment is small but practically furnished. The area is rural, at the edge of the village. Maybe we'll come back sometime. Thanks for everything!

A very comfortable stay! We hadn't realised the couch/sitting area was in one of the bedrooms. Which is not necessarily a problem and probably only relevant on winter.

A really cute place and beautiful surroundings! We were very comfortable and wish we could have stayed longer. It was very convenient for a family trip to Toverland. Thank you for also being so friendly and providing everything we needed for such a nice stay! 🙂

A very pleasant welcome, with a small tour. All the adjustments that were made for me and consultation were well arranged. As agreed, a short app contact from time to time and also an exciting acnefiet was solved acutely, with humor🫢🤣! Also enjoyed the bath!! The delivery also went volt and hassle-free. Nothing but nothing was disappointing for me. We have enjoyed optimally for 2 weeks!!!! For me, the low stimulant environment and nature around Groesbeek were very healing. Highly recommended for bon vivants!!

I've had many cottages in the Netherlands in the price range and this one was one of the best. Check-in was easy and flexible via a key box, you could park in front of the property and in the grounds of the holiday park there are dozens of leisure activities such as mini golf or a small zoo. The rooms were all clean, the kitchen well equipped (oven!) and the beds were the best I've ever had at an airbnb: really cozy and large blankets. We had no problems with the heater or the like (unlike many other houses). I would use the house again anytime, great recommendation!

Very friendly and attentive hosts. Lovely area and view of the trains which my friend enjoyed. Also parking on the premises was appreciated.
