The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

Cem was a super host! Came to greet at the front door and showed the entire place. It’s right in the center of İstanbul and a 2min walk to the Karakoy marina/port. Lots of restaurants and shops. His place is 3 stories. Super cool concept but a hassle to bring luggage up and down 😅 so just keep luggage downstairs haha. Cemal had waters, teas, coffee, and canned drinks for his guest. Awesome amenity. I was joking with him and said “where is the beer?” Haha. Great guy to chit chat with. Had a pleasant stay at his place. It was clean as well. Two small things to note. The downstairs sleeping area is somewhat noisy even as a heavy sleeper you can hear all the street traffic, etc. Also the bed seem to be worn out and it was COLD. Can feel the draft from the outside still - the heater was on but didn’t seem to warm up the first floor….i just said no biggie and I Slept second floor and was a lot quieter and comfortable. Overall great value and host for the area. Def recommend!

The apartment was very close to the center which is great! At first we didn't realize that we would be split into two apartments, but in retrospect it was great. In the lower apartment we had one bedroom, a kitchen and a living room, which served as our common area. Great layout)) The apartments were clean, tidy and comfortably furnished. When we arrived the beds were already made, which was of course great after the long flight! Also their offers for transfer, and info about restaurants etc, transportation cards and to have some wine options in the flat were so thoughtful, thank you! All in all a very nice apartment with a great location. It is both quiet in the apartment and close to endless activities in the center! For our next time, we would choose this place again!

Emre is an amazing host and super helpful and friendly. He was always readily available whenever we need help with anything, also very kind and understanding host. The house is super cozy, love the bedroom! Home is nearby conveniences and eateries so if there is anything you need can always drop by quick to the minimal just a few steps away. Overall, great place and host. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time. Decoration was so calm, cozy and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Istanbul and very close to all the main tourist attractions. Dilek is an outstanding host—super helpful, kind, and attentive. Everything was perfect. I had an absolutely amazing stay at Lou’s place! This is one of the best accommodations I have ever experienced. The neighborhood is one of the most prestigious and highly regarded areas in Istanbul, and I always felt completely safe and secure. The location is easy to find, and public transportation is just a short walk away, making it very convenient to explore the city. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and offers a stunning panoramic view of the Bosphorus. It truly felt like a home away from home. Lou is a fantastic host, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, beautiful, and welcoming stay in Istanbul.

It was the greatest apartment i have ever stayed in , all the cleaning supplies are available, the furniture is in good condition, great rooms , the heating system is very good and there are 2 air conditioners , the location is great near the main street. The area is quiet . And the host was always responsive, welcoming , and ready to answer questions . Definitely will stay here again

The apartment is as beautiful and clean as pictures, but much smaller like bathrooms in Shawar, being in the ground floor with the hall, the pool and the rooms above the room.. The bathroom in the room is only a chair and a sink meter meters.. There is no rinse in any of the bathrooms . The room has no air conditioning . So by giving away the privacy of bathing and using the bathroom to pass by the lounge and up the stairs, what is very different. Otherwise, it is very clean and their instructions are clear and the price is better and better and it is better to make everything written above .. Its location is fabulous close to everything

This is a great place to stay in Istanbul. It is close to main districts like Sisli, Harbiye, Taksim etc. This airbnb is one of the cleanest ones I ve stayed. I will be back for sure when I stay in Istanbul. I recommend this place without any doubt. The building has an indoor parking which is important for Istanbul.

Staying at the property was an unforgettable experience, and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts! We stayed for almost 3 months and loved the long stay experience. The place is cozy and comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the host went above and beyond to make us and our cat—feel truly at home. In prep for our arrival, they converted the balcony to a catio, which made eating outdoors even more fun with our indoor cat. Any questions we had were answered promptly. From offering thoughtful advice about local vets and places to see, the recommendations gave us a richer, more authentic Istanbul experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and the trusted care of its hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at this stylish and chic accommodation! The place was beautifully designed, and every corner had a touch of elegance. The only minor downside was that the shower head on the first floor was a bit loose, but it didn't impact our overall experience. The location was perfect, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, making it so convenient for us to explore. As cat lovers, we especially enjoyed being surrounded by friendly stray cats — a delightful bonus! Merve was an exceptional host, always helpful and attentive. We'd definitely stay here again. This is a wonderful apartment, even better than pictures show. The building is secure. The apt is safe, I am female and slept with bedroom window open, assured by owners it was safe. It is Istanbul, so it is on steep street. I walked, but taxi's are easy thru Uber app. Doorman Celal is a charming man, ready to help you (you'll need google translator, unless you speak Turkish) Apt is clean and well furnished. Kitchen has Elec hot water kettle and 2 types of coffee machines, if that is your thing. Plenty of kitchen basics to prepare meals, (pots, dishes, etc) For me personally, the most comfortable bed and the best pillows ever for side sleepers!! I slept better than at home, seriously! I highly reccomend this property and the Owners. 5+ stars

Thanks to Mr. Simon, he took very good care and helped with the neighborhood, the house was quite tidy and clean, we had no problems at the entrance and exit, the location is quietly in the baby grove. We loved it, it was just what we expected. The air was very clean and away from the noise of the city. You can also spend time in the garden in the available weather. We didn't spend much time because it was cold. In addition, the gift they prepared for us for Valentine's day was very nice, we really enjoyed it, I hope to see you again.

The apartment was exactly as in the photos. Perhaps some cosmetic repairs are needed here and there, but overall - everything is fine. Excellent location, prompt and clear communication with the owner.
