Vacation rentals in Bērzgale

We really enjoyed our stay. It's so private and quiet there. Such a nice getaway from the city noise. The host was also super nice and kind. Everything was great!

We had an amazing stay in Latgale thanks to Deniss and his wife. They were extremely kind and the cabin had everything we needed. We stayed with 2 small kids and a baby and everything worked perfectly. The kids loved the playground, feeding the rabbits, the toys and going in the boat. Deniss and his wife were very accommodating and prepared the sauna for us, which was also very lovely. We would highly recommend staying here with or without kids, especially if you are looking for some peaceful surroundings and a place to recharge.

Loved the location right on the shore of the lake, the wide range of working options, from swimming in the lake to boiling the soup on the fire pit.

Alvis and Ilze are the best Airbnb host I've ever had! Kind, helpful, and friendly. They communicated well from the moment I booked the house. They have so much to offer beyond the house from recommendations in the area to additional items like the black sauna and massage. Alvis greeted us and gave us clear instructions about the house. The kitchen had everything needed. They have thought of all guests would need. Ilze brought us potatoes and borscht as well as dried lavender. They recommended Devil's Lake, post museum, World War II museum and bread museum close by. The house was so warm with the traditional heating system and a fireplace. The black sauna ritual and massage with Ilze incredible! A must do! The house is filled with history. The Body Shop toiletries and the linen duvet cover and sheets are a lovely touch. I would love to visit again in the spring/summer.

Latvia’s gem. Peaceful place.

Beautiful, laid back country setting!We felt like we were visiting the mushroom. We were greeted by a particularly beautifully prepared fragrant warm ball that the hostess had decorated with flowers. The hosts smoke very delicious carp themselves,I suggest you order in advance and enjoy the hospitality of the Latgale hosts! For children outside, various activities,volleyball, discgolf,mini golf and in summer can definitely swim in the pond by the sauna. Definitely would love to come back here again and stay longer.

A great spot to spend a night if you are visiting eastern Latvia. I had plenty of room as a single person. Anita provided some great Latvian food on my arrival. I recommend this triangle home highly!

Great apartment! Had everything you need for your stay. In the kitchen you can find tea, coffee, cereals and more for cooking. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Lovely place and peacful stay at Jānis and Elinas place. Everything was clean and tidy, we had everything we needed for comfort. We stayed at New Year's eve, so house was decorated as well, which we found pretty nice and sweet. We recommend it to everyone who wants a peaceful vacation outside the city.

Even though place is close to the town, it's located in a quiet place with a great view of the lake. Cabin was clean, tidy and comfortable, and really enjoyed the view from the sauna. The reception was kind and fast, with clear instructions and welcoming.
