It was very quiet to make the reservation. Mr. Maurício gave us all the information about the apartment that by the way was very well set up. Check-in was carried out with mr. Willian who has always treated us with much courtesy. The view from the apartment's balcony is very beautiful. The beach service provided by the condominium is very good. It had two serfs and six chairs that were needed for our class. In addition to the thermal boxes that helped us to bring drinks and snacks to the beach. The distance from the building to the beach is very close. The check-out took place without any complications. We indicate the apartment.

Paula's apartment is great! Everything is very clean and organized. View of the pool and we can still see the sea through the windows! Very close to the beach, very quiet and safe place. The condominium is complete, air-conditioned pool. Perfect!

All very organized, clean, functional, safe and exactly as described. Neighborhood friendly, easy access to the beach. Clean beach, safe and with great structure of bathrooms, shower and clean. I went with my wife, mother and small children, everyone had fun and loved the ride. The hosts were very kind and receptive even to leave a very cheerful little souvenir. The very clean and tasty pool. Full beach infrastructure with umbrella, caideras, coller, cart...everything very top. We will certainly be back.

The well-organized apartment, we feel at home with the accommodation! Location is easy access, the beach in the middle of the week is a bit deserted, but on weekends it even finds a trailer. Easy access to Rivieira. The lady who was at the concierge was not sympathetic when we arrived, lacked a little clarity to explain about the building and a bit of courtesy. Claudia always responded to us very quickly and courtesy, cleared the doubts .. for sure the checkin time is a difference! We loved our tour!

Very good the apt, great location, good structure, many kitchen utensils, and the very attentive Gisele, the staff of the building all very polite. I and my family love it. We will definitely return at another time.

Great apartment. Located on an avenue where there are several shops. And the only point (not negative, just an observation) is that the beach is a little distant, sometimes with coolers, children or the elderly gets a little difficult. But great cost-benefit and fit exactly as in the pictures! We love it!

Sensational apartment, fully equipped, spacious and practical. Next to the beach, where you arrive walking. Spacious condominium and a grand pool, with very good parking. We spent a wonderful family weekend in the apartment of Francisca. The space is very clean, modern and renovated. Everything was impeccable! It is very close to beach and easy access. The condominium staff is very solicitous and kind. Francisca, inclusive, an excellent host! Extremely kind, sympathetic and did everything possible to accommodate us in the best possible way and fulfill our requests. I would definitely stay at this location again!

Everything is great, quick and easy check-in, spacious and well-equipped apartment. Close to the beach. The only criticism is that when I received the address, Google Maps sent me to another location and I needed to adjust it with the name of the condominium, the street did not point to the location of the condominium in the app. I really liked it! and I highly recommend it!

The apartment is amazing! It would be easy to live in it. Everything was very clean and the organization was eye-catching! New beds, linens and towels of excellent quality, new appliances in perfect condition and of the highest quality! to mention the view that was to make the eyes shine! I left wanting to stay! It's worth every penny invested in this family moment!

Everything was good. Some repairs needed. But the place is wonderful. We will definitely be back.
