Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Berkeley Township

We had a wonderful stay. Everything that we needed was available & convenient. The house was great! The decor, the amenities, and all of the space was more than expected!! We would definitely rent this house again! 😊

The home was perfect for our multigenerational family to get together and enjoy our new grandchild. Bryana was very responsive, and we had no problems with the house. The three floors allowed all 8 of us to get together or separate when the situation permitted. The boys loved the hot tub and the arcade games, and the girls loved the Kitchen and living spaces. Having decks on all the floors was a big win, too, when the weather was cooperating. The home is right off the bridge into Seaside Heights, so getting a ride share was simple and took no time at all and the house is situated on this strange part of Bay Blvd, which has virtually no traffic. We had a great trip and would recommend this property without reservation.

Thank you for a great week in your home. It was well appointed and extremely well stocked. You really only need to bring your clothes! Plenty of room for us to spread out. Beautiful place to relax and enjoy the beach. The instructions, check-in and out was very easy.

Overall very happy. Closets and kitchen pantry, etc a bit crowded of things that seem to be private owners? That was the only clutter. The rest is just like photos, adorable, great size and layout for a small family to enjoy on a holiday. I definitely would stay again.

During the time our house was under construction, staying at Arielle Place was more than just a temporary solution—it truly felt like a home. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality made our family feel welcome and comfortable. She went out of their way to accommodate us, ensuring we had everything we needed during a time that could have otherwise been stressful. The atmosphere was inviting, and the house was just as describe and just what we needed! Whether it was the thoughtful amenities, the quiet and relaxing environment, or simply the kindness we experienced, Arielle Place provided a sense of stability when we needed it most. Looking back, we’re grateful for how seamless and welcoming our stay was. It wasn’t just a place to stay—it was a place where we felt truly cared for.

Renee & Joe’s place was well maintained and had plenty of room for our family of 4. The beach was a quick two block walk and the bay was within walking distance. There are some restaurants within walking distance but much more in a just a 5 minute drive. This includes the Fantasy Island amusement park in Beach Haven. Renee & Joe were very helpful and even left a nice welcome gift when we arrived.

Our stay was absolutely flawless. Donovan was a great host, very responsive. The house is simply fabulous. Bay setting gorgeous and complete with hot tub, pool and fire pit all of which we used. The bedrooms were very large and fully equipped with everything needed. There is nothing I would change about our stay. Donovan has a book in the house that tells you all about the house and the events/ restaurants etc. It’s an ideal party house with an outdoor kitchen and indoor second kitchen complete with ice maker, wine coolers and supplies. But we were there for the relaxation and it was perfect for that too! I highly recommend this home and hope to stay again!

This is my 3rd time staying at this beautiful oasis, and I can't wait to go back! We were on a girl's trip and we all felt very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, curling up on the super comfy couch, playing the games at the house, cooking delicious meals, and the nearby Pinball Museum! It was my first time walking home from the boardwalk, and I don't know why I didn't do it sooner! The neighborhood homes are beautiful and spring is springing! Tracy is an amazing host and she made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Can't wait to go back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the beach!
