Bruno and Julie were friendly, always reachable and available to help. They gave us an extra hour to check out and Julie also took us to the supermarket. The place is clean and you have everything you need ✨️ 😀

The location of this stay is amazing! There is a beautiful view of the city line just outside the building door. Walkable to the ferry and a 20min car ride into the city. Great location for a group of 6! I would highly recommend walking to bagels on pine (10min walk from the Airbnb) for breakfast.

The ideal location for having the line of sub 6 close. Very convenient to get there and away from all the constant people mess of downtown and time square. Comfortable and quiet to stay . Without any inconvenience every day I was there. I recommend them

I had a great stay! It was quiet and spacious. There were lots of things to do in the area and it was just a quick bus ride from midtown Manhattan. Would definitely book this place again! The building is old and it is a fourth floor walk up just FYI! Luis Carlos has the place stalked with all amenities you could need and it was very clean!

I stayed at this place with my parents and elder brother who had come to New York after a long 21 hours flight from India. Velma was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in a couple of hours earlier than the actual check-in time. The place was clean and well kept. Velma was kind enough to follow up with me during my 5 days stay. One minor issue which has more to do with the locality is the bar right in-front of the apartment. It gets noisy over the weekend and on one of the days, a fight occurred there and police had to step in. This can be a problem, especially when you’re with family. Apart from this, I loved how well the host, Velma treated us!!

Great location. Subway was extremely close. Walkable to all the major midtown attractions. Place was spacious and clean. Functional kitchen and comfy bed. Host was friendly and responsive.

Jhosue’s place was very nice and clean. It matched the pictures and description. As a Host, he was great a lot communicating and answering any questions I had while I was there. During my stay, I had an issue with his oven and he immediately helped me resolve it. I appreciated how kind and helpful he was. I would stay at his place again! Thank you for having me, Jhosue!

Cozy room in a cute place, great amenities for someone who often forgets to bring things like a toothbrush! It's the details that matter: Bathrobe, slippers, bamboo toothbrush, plenty of towels and washcloths. Barbara is responsive and helpful. Great location just blocks from the subway and some interesting and fun restaurants and watering holes. I would definitely stay again!

Loved how accessible the train was to this location. Also loved that there was grocery store near by & ample food options. Cool shops too. Definitely would recommend for your NYC stay! Especially if you’re hanging in the Bronx.

We had a wonderful time at Olga's stay in New Jersey! We took a family trip to NYC and decided to stay in NJ as a family of 6 to save some budget on accommodations. We took various modes of transportation into the city everyday (bus, ferry, uber), all of which were easy and convenient to navigate. The accommodations were clean and spacious with stores like Walgreens, 7/11, and Dunkin' all within walking distance. Olga and her son were very friendly and accommodating hosts, letting us check-in early and check-out late which was much appreciated.

The property boasts an excellent location, making it conveniently accessible by public transportation into the city. It features modern appliances and, the best part, FREE PARKING!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric's cozy Airbnb in New Jersey! The house was warm, inviting, and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Eric is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their pet dogs were an absolute delight—super friendly and well-behaved. The location had easy transit buses making commuting to new York an easy task. The commuting ride on the bus has great views of the skyline. Enjoyed the everyday commute. Tip: get a return ticket from bus terminal when taking bus from New York, so you don't have to worry about exact change. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and had essential toiletries. The bed was very comfortable. They also have a Columbian restaurant and bakery nearby. Highly recommended!

He was great at communicating how to get in and out. It had everything that was listed and even though the central AC wasn't working, there was a portable one and it was clearly stated on the thethermostat very clearly stated that they were waiting on rhe part and apologized. There were extra pillows and blankets to use. Plus the place was at a beautiful location. Plenty of things to do and he provided places to see/visit.

Beautiful condo with beautiful surroundings inside and out! Surprisingly the outdoor pool and hot tub were still open for our late September visit which was great since it was a warm weekend. Joe was a wonderful host, answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly. I highly recommend this condo and host!

The accommodations were exactly as described. The Appalachian Lodge is architecturally pleasing. Everything worked including the welcoming fireplace. The stay was wonderful.

Lovely place, nice and clean. Balcony has one of the best views, perfect for a fall getaway and probably even better in the winter with ski season approaching. Lots of things to do near by, hiking trails, stores, food places ect. Host was responsive and super helpful. Highly recommended and will def be coming back.

What an amazing property and vacation experience! Kurk's condo is *exactly* like the photos - and even better to experience it in person. I have fragrance sensitivities and allergies to woodsmoke, and Kurk assured me that great care had been taken to only use natural/mostly unscented products in the property and that woodsmoke from the outside wouldn't leak in. He was absolutely spot-on, and it made my trip that much safer and more enjoyable. Everything was meticulously clean too. The kitchen is well outfitted with everything that I needed to cook and enjoy meals. The (huge!) bed is very comfortable with tons of pillows and blankets. Parking in the underground garage is easy and accessible to the elevator as well. The property lobby on the Ground floor even has luggage carts for easy transport. Hands down, the very best AirBnB experience. It truly feels like a home away from home. I will plan to be back - so long as no one else snags my preferred dates first!! Thank you so much, Kurk.

Our stay in west orange was wonderful. The air b n b was so clean and extremely well equipped. There was an abundance of supplies and it had everything we needed Christian was so easy to communicate with and just wanted to make sure that we were so comfortable. This air Bnb is the fantastic!!
