I was pleasantly surprised by this Airbnb. In the small apartment you have everything you need and it doesn't feel as small as it looks. Lots of parking and you can easily reach the city center. Above all, Lotte is a super host and you can reach her super quickly and she is very friendly and helpful. I will gladly come back when I have to be in Osnabrück!!

The stay in Rossum was very very good. The area is beautiful, you can do a lot, the accommodation is nice (even if you have a small one year) and the communication with Marloes and Ard was top. We would have loved to stay longer, but it was a short stay for now. So stay there a little longer ;-)!

The stay with Sebastian and Sonja was really fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend in your very nicely furnished holiday home and were able to disconnect wonderfully from everyday life. The house is very lovingly decorated and we found everything exactly as on the pictures or the description. We especially liked the sauna, the bathtub and the fireplace and invited you to relax. The firewood could be bought from the manager. Bed linen can also be rented or brought yourself. Communication with Sebastian went smoothly. He responded to my messages within a very short time. Check-in and above all check-out were very straightforward. We were allowed to spend a really nice and relaxing weekend in this fantastic holiday home and will definitely come back to Nordhorn soon. 🥰

Enchanting guesthouse in a central location

The property is centrally located yet very quiet. We were able to reach everything on foot, old town, restaurants, supermarket. So the car could stay in the parking space belonging to the apartment. The apartment is functionally furnished and both the bed and the sofa bed are very comfortable. We had nice contact with Eva, who was happy to answer our questions. We will be happy to come back on our next visit to Osnabrück!

We were super happy with the place. The photos and description of the place match 1:1. It was great that the host contacted us proactively one day before arrival and super friendlyly provided us with the most important details for arrival and check-in. You felt right in good hands. The apartment was super clean, nice and warm (in the morning and evening a fireplace heats up additionally) and also comfortably furnished. Above all, the bed was extremely comfortable - for the first time on vacation, slept well and restfully without any drawbacks. Excellent! If there had been a dishwasher, it would have been heaven on earth,😜 but we knew that beforehand. If we're in the area again, we'll be happy to come back!

A literal and figuratively warm welcome, a spacious and very fully furnished house. Even the heating was already on when you entered. Beautiful surroundings for walking with our dog. And nice food at the local restaurants and enjoyed a wonderful holiday. We'd love to come back. Frank and Margriet
