Old Brewhouse at Agdatorps Manor

The brewhouse at Agdatorp is probably the farm's oldest house dating from the 18th century. It is newly renovated to a guest cottage with two bedrooms, bathroom, big kitchen and patio, all in the old farm core with nice views to the west. The house is wintery and heated with air pump, oil element and floor heating in the bathroom. There's also a wood-burning fireplace for extra cozy heat, too. The house is located countryside with walking distance to forest and swimming lake. The archipelago with excursion destination is only a few kilometers away with a car.

Airy and rustic with old beamed ceilings, renovated in 2021. Family friendly, dining area inside and out with your own barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, etc. Washing machine in the bathroom, drying rack inside, washing line outside. Wood-burning stove and fire pit with free access to wood. Free parking directly in front of the door on the gravel walkway.

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! With nature and a living farm around the corner, you can relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Walking distance to cozy farm shop a stone's throw from the property. Forest and lovely nature around and the sea are within easy reach. Also a nice hiking trail is down by the coast for those who like to walk. Bus stop is within reasonable walking distance with bus connection to Kalmar. Vita Sand is worth visiting with its nice jetty, swimming area and playground for the kids.
