Vacation rentals with a patio in Berea

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The sea views are absolutely breathtaking, making it the perfect spot for relaxation. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, equipped with everything we needed. The patio area was the highlight—spacious, comfortable, and ideal for dining or simply lounging while soaking in the scenery. It truly felt like a home away from home. The only downside was the bright lights from the passageway shining into two of the bedrooms at night, blackout blinds could assist. There was also an unfixed ceiling in the dining room that must be attended to. Also, additional lounge seating should be provided for the patio to fit 6 people. Overall, we had an amazing experience cooking, eating, and unwinding here. We already miss the incredible sea view and hope to return sometime.

Our weekly stay was amazing, Andrew’s place is amazing too. Very spacious, the sea view is lovely. Our kids loved the pool and I loved the kitchen. Andrew was a great host and we had a lovely family holiday at his place. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay with the malls and restaurants 10min away. Avikar is the best host , I messaged him about something he called me back in seconds. He was so helpful. We only spoke to him on our arrival day because there was nothing else to ask him, everything was clear from WiFi to cattlery. Will definitely recommend the place to friends

Beate's house is so cozy and really does feel like home. The location was perfect for my activities and my daughter and dogs enjoyed the park that is ok literally at the house's entry step. Thank you Beate for everything.

Nice roomy place with 3 bedrooms in the house and a 4th with an outside entrance from the back yard. Garage could be parked in which was nice. Some things were a little dated but overall it was a really good place to stay if you are willing to drive a little bit for nicer shopping and restaurants.

Pictures do not do justice for this beautiful place ,location was amazing,security we felt very safe ,our host Lynda was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.The helper Wendy was very friendly and helped maintain the state the following morning .I look forward to booking again in with Lynda in her other properties 😀

The apartment is bigger than you can see at photos. 2. Everything is absolutely amazing: kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, lounge. 3. You have your own balcony, can drink coffee, observe the river and the ocean. 4. Every time if you will need anything, you will get it immediately. The hosts are very kind people, and always here for you, always ready to help and support. 5. Apartment is fully equipped, you will get everything and even more. Its cozy and very light. Nelisiwe, Sbu, still can't believe that I was so lucky to meet you! I wish you and your family all the best, as you totally deserve it. If there, in this world, be more people like you, the world will be such an amazing place! I'm grateful, appreciate, have amazing memories and was absolutely-absolutely-absolutely happy with you! stayed for one night but was a great stay. lovely seating outside on the balcony. everything needed to cook and clean and wash clothes etc could be found in the apartment which was great. lovely Nespresso coffee machine to use . there was a PS4 with games that could be used as well as a 24 hour gym access card. I really appreciated the attention to detail that Ramana gave the apartment. was a lovely stay. wish we stayed longer.

Lovely place with sea view, tidal pool just infront of complex. A restaurant and coffee shop in walking distance. Enjoyed my stay.

Very happy with our stay, walked everywhere, location within walking distance of multiple malls and hotels with shops and restaurants. Apartment is beautiful, modern and cozy. Has an aircon unit which was not listed and cant be seen in the photos which was a big plus during the summer heat. Kitchen also has a stove which we didnt see in the photos. Paola was very friendly and gave very clear and easy to follow instructions, will recommend this stay to anyone.

At first a little difficult to find but security around were very helpful on directing me right, once found I was happy. Place was perfect for what ai need a short over night stop before flying the next day. Well equipped and very comfortable. Location great for food and shopping.
