Great property, great location, no need for a car to get around in the neighborhood and downtown. Extremely accessible and trustworthy host, very proactive to address all questions. The period of use of the property was long and this also allowed us to get to know the region and all the access facilities that the property provided. Allied to this, the property is very well cared for, modern and cozy.

Title: Fantastic stay – highly recommend! Had a great stay at this place! The apartment was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. Location was perfect – quiet but still central, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The hostess was incredibly friendly, quickly accessible and provided us with great tips for the area. Excellent location, close to everything. New Apartamento Nova is impeccable, easy access, quiet and quiet. I recommend with my eyes closed. My family and I are spending a quiet extended stay feeling at home. Rafael always very polite and responding promptly to my requests. No doubt the best choice.
