Amazing experience! Everything was prepared and fully equipped for us, from towels, soaps and shampoos, even spices and oil in the kitchen! Definitely recommended, and we will be happy to visit there again! summer or winter!

Great space! We were comfortable with a big group here, and loved being so close to the slopes. Hot tub seems new and is in great condition.

My husband and I met Matt at check-in. He is a very nice and thoughtful host. We loved the welcome note and the wine and chocolate that waited for us! The house is in a quiet location in walking distance to town. The amenities are as described and photos are accurate. The rooms are very nicely decorated. Check-out was easy. During our 3-week stay we felt very comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was great. The heat and the gas fireplace worked well, unfortunately there was no heat in the bathrooms, which was uncomfortable. The grout in the shower in the master bathroom seems to be prone to staining. The house overall was clean and lots of linens and dishware were provided. The mudroom was very helpful to store our snowshoes, cleats, backpacks and outer gear. And we used the sun room for cold storage. When we contacted Matt because the driveway was totally iced over, he reacted quickly and the next day a contractor came to spread sand. We enjoyed our time at Matt's place!

We had a great time at this Airbnb! The game room was a selling point and it didn’t disappoint! The house was very spacious so everyone was able to have their own space if they wanted. The short walk to downtown was perfect and the town was so quaint and filled with friendly people! I would highly recommend this place we had an excellent time.

Brian was very helpful answering questions whenever I had them and he responds quick. House was as described, clean, and beautiful interior. It can comfortably fit well over 7 people with lots of spaces to chill and relax! Not lots of places to eat around here so you might want to plan for cooking your own food, and they do provide a variety of pans and pots you can choose from! Great Experience!

My grandson and I stayed in the upstairs cottage next to the pool. The cottage itself was well equipped. My grandson is a picky eater, so we did virtually all our meals in the cottage by means of a fridge, mini freezer and microwave. We ate out twice in nearby restaurants. The grounds of FRE are beautiful and very well maintained. There are nice walks and hikes, if you are inclined. The staff is friendly and receptive. We enjoyed the pool all but 2 days because of the weather. The outside temps were mild, the pool temp very comfortable. The nearby town of Wilmington is cute, has many shops, restaurants and a few ice cream shops we tried. We happened upon their Blueberry Festival our last day with music, food, (blueberry) drinks and face painting. A very enjoyable Vermont experience all around.

This is a great spot to stay in Shaftesbury! Clean and well appointed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Michelle’s place. Overlooking a lake in a peaceful location, this was perfect for a small group looking for a reasonably priced Airbnb to stay while skiing at Mount Snow. The location was cool and I can definitely see this house being great for warmer seasons as well. One thing that stood out was the clarity of instructions provided by the host. Both the description of the property and what to expect, and the check in/out instructions are very accurate and helpful.

This AirBnB was exactly what we were looking for! The cottage is adorable and cozy--perfect for a romantic weekend getaway! We loved sitting on the balcony and looking out over the water, playing some of the board games packed into the vast collection available, cooking together in the adorable kitchen, and snuggling on the couch while watching TV. We also enjoyed going right up the street to Bennington for dinner, and stopping on the way at the Appalachian Trailhead for a walk through the woods. I would highly recommend this place to any couple looking for a fun and cozy escape!

We had a great stay at the property. Was exactly how it was described and in photos. Met all of our expectations. Owner was responsive and flexible. 30 min from MT snow and 15 from restaurants and shopping. Close to state park for walking. Beautiful and peaceful lake community. We would definitely stay here again.

This peaceful retreat is tucked away near a beautiful lake, offering a secluded and serene escape. However, getting there requires a steep mountain drive, so be sure to have a reliable four-wheel-drive vehicle. Unfortunately, due to the harsh weather conditions, we found ourselves stuck on the mountain for most of our trip. Despite this unexpected challenge, Emilio and his maintenance expert, JP, went above and beyond to assist us. Their responsiveness, kindness, and dedication truly made a difference, ensuring we were as comfortable as possible given the circumstances. We are incredibly grateful for their help and hospitality, which turned a difficult situation into a much more positive experience. If you're looking for a remote getaway with attentive hosts, this is definitely the place to be!

Perfect spot for a weekend trip to mt snow. Very warm at night, easily accessible and plenty of space for a larger group. Thanks again!
